@@jacopoarmini7889 you're absolutely correct, but I prefer women of back then than the ones we have nowadays because most of them were respectful towards God and they knew their man, I don't want to generalize but I am a Zulu Man and women of our generation are really taking things to extreme (they now abusing their constitutional rights forgetting about their responsibilities), compared to the ones of my forefathers lived with.

Sarai gave her handmaid Hagar (flight), an Egyptian woman, to Abram; “to be his wife, that he might be builded up through her." Now, be it known that when the Sun rises in Aries, Virgo has set, thus becoming a night constellation, and "beautiful to look upon." Thus, she is Abram's wife, Sarai (my star), and is found during the summer months until near August in the night hemisphere, coming to her meridian toward the end of May. Coming in conjunction with the Sun at the end of summer, she flees with Abram into the winter hemisphere, and gets the name Hagar {flight). As a winter constellation, she gets the epithet Ethiopian. By means of her fruits, gathered at the end of summer, Sarai is builded up through her (Hagar). Just nine months after the love affair above spoken of (their conjunction), Ishmael is born at the summer solstice; Ishmael was the genius of winter, because born when the days begin to shorten. He was the precursor of Isaac, and bore the same relation to him as John the Baptist did to Jesus Christ. Ishmael and Isaac were the same as Esau and Jacob. Isaac was the younger. Like Jacob, he came forth clinging to the heels of his brother, as summer always follows winter.
Ishmael is literally the Ram, will hear. Why? Because the Ram (Aries) was in his zenith, i.e., was the Most High God, when Ishmael was born. Going in different directions, as they apparently did, the Ram will hear him and that is all. Our Savior is often called Immanuel. Why? Because at his birth the Ram was in his nadir, i.e., on his meridian, and the two traveled together to the east where they met (Sun in Aries); hence Immanuel, i.e., "God is with us."
Ishmael's hand was "against every man and every man's hand against him." Why? Because, at his birth, the days grew shorter, and winter came on. Winter is against every man and every man is against winter, i.e., in summer every man must provide against winter. Isaac (laughter) was Jesus, because born at the winter solstice (the Savior's birthday), he brought "good tidings of great joy, which shall be unto all people." That is, the days begin to lengthen from the winter solstice; spring is in prospect, when all will be saved!
Again, Ishmael and Isaac are the same as John the Baptist and John the Evangelist of the Freemasons (Mackey's Manual, p. 57). Says John the Baptist, "he (Christ, or John the Evangelist) must increase, but I must decrease" (John 3.30) - the days shorten from the summer solstice and lengthen from the winter solstice.

This probably isn’t the best reference as their approach to the Bible is not factual or literal. More of hypothetical and “this is what we’re told instances”. In other words, they treat the Bible no differently than explaining Greek mythology.

I love it how in the end, Rebecca turns out to be Issac's cousin. God really works in strange ways. Rebekah was Bethuel's daughter, Bethuel was Nahor's son, and Nahor was Abraham's brother. Wouldn't it make more sense for Abraham to just make arrangements directly through his brother/nephew? Something like "Hey bro! my son Issac, you remember him, don't ya? Well, he IS 40 already! I think it's about time we got him a bride, ya know what I mean? Do we have any single, beautiful women in the family back there? If we do, please, send them over. All of them so that he can choose the one he likes the best. You know I will take care of all the expenses and send lots of presents back as always". Or, how come God didn't speak to Abraham and said. "Your brother Nahor has a gorgeous granddaughter named Rebekah, I have chosen her as the perfect bride for your son Issac because she's worth her weight in gold. Send your servant to find her and bring her to your son Issac". Any of those 2 scenarios would make more sense. We know that God talked to Abraham almost on a daily basis. Why leave it to chance? or maybe they did arrange the marriage beforehand between the two brothers. Wouldn't that make more sense? But, hey, what do I know. God doesn't talk to me every day, I'm just a simple mortal with stupid questions.

To me personally the Bible is actually a lot deeper than people think and I think it has been misinterpreted throughout the years. While many of the stories in the Bible may have happened, maybe none of them did, but to me it doesn't really matter. I feel like many of the teachings in the Bible are actually very similar to Hinduism and Buddhism. It's just that when people read the Bible they think that God is actually a being in the sky who is judging us and either rewarding or punishing us based on what we do. I believe that God is within us, and that we are all a peace of the divine. I believe we will all be saved in the end. But I'm still human, sometimes I lose faith and sometimes I actually really hate who I am and the things I've done in the past. But ive had moments where felt in touch with the divine and in those moments I never felt judged, I felt loved and I felt like I loved myself in those moments. One reason I'm still going, and there's been really dark times where I honestly wasn't sure if I could going, where I wanted to die, is that I know that I care for and love my family and friends. I even love and care for many people who have wronged and hurt me, even though that isn't always the case. Either way my brother I do believe that the world is spiritual, sorry for the long comment lol I hope your at peace, idk where I'm at rn tbh

@@yayotheswagifier123 I agree with you on the "I believe that God is within us". With respect to this " teachings in the Bible are actually very similar to Hinduism and Buddhism". I got the answer to this question in my head very randomly later in the day. I think it is so that we truly try to seek the Lord and His answers and guidance. As we know, The Lord works in mysterious ways and that we should lean on not our own understanding but God's. Which can be very difficult sometimes but the price has been paid for our sins, so I'm sure we could tough it out. And you can see that the Lord still works in the same ways He did during the beginning, in Genesis 24. We have to pray a lot, we have to seek Him a lot, we have to actually try. This is probably because he wants a genuine relationship with us, genuine love. Tried and tested.
      1 Peter 1:7-9
"so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ; and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls."
      Faith better than refined gold.

Hi, can you please do a video about how historically accurate these stories are?
    That'd be great, thanks.

    • @wendychavez5348

They are as historically accurate as the Christian Bible, and there are varying theories on that point. As far as I can tell, it's word for word out of the Bible, though I couldn't tell you which translation, which also has an impact on the verifiabiliy. Someone in another comment noted that he reads them in a very balanced manner, without pushing any particular agenda, and that's one of the things I appreciate about these readings too.

      The bible is historically accurate?
      Since when?
      Who verified that?
And what does it mean to "read them in a balanced manner"?
And the bible does push an agenda, with fear mongering mostly.

    • @wendychavez5348
      @wendychavez5348 3 года назад +1

You're right that the Bible does push its own agenda; I don't know how the person whose comment I'm relaying might explain it, but as I understand it, his reading is what I would expect from someone reading a story from mythology or a well-known work of literature. There are things that can be empirically verified through archeological means or triangulation with other cultures in the region, though I feel a lot of the details can certainly be considered mythological &/or distorted versions due to centuries of retelling. He does not read these stories with a fire-and-brimstobe passion or in a manner that elicits fear, ecstacy, or any other extreme. So much has already been covered about whether the Bible is historically accurate (as stated, I've heard several arguments for several different viewpoints on that aspect) that I think it might detract from this channel. It's just nice to hear the stories without being told how to interpret them.

And yet, none of those avenues of study have shown anything the bible claims to have happened to have actually happened.
No claim has any amount of evidence to support it with facts.
Maybe you should inquire about the methods of research and verification processes that exist and are in use to support a specific finding.
A clue about when people say things in general terms; examples: "scientists have done studies", "used sciences", and "studies have found".
These are not true because no names are given.
Not a single individual, study name or a reputable journal where it was published nor the subsequent research as peer review either. Those are telltale signs someone isn't being truthful.
Belief in something doesn't make it true.
Truth is what the facts are and without facts, what is left? Not the truth.
Fallacious claims and arguments are in higher supply than the evidence of anything credible whatsoever the bible and all other religions texts claim as actual events that happened in reality.
And when asked those specific questions the people who don't have answers won't be able to answer with names, ever, because they don't exist.
Unless it's from a Christian organization, then that too is suspicious.
      They have an agenda.

Given the much better genetics of the time, there wouldn't be an issue with marrying that close a relative and so it would've been completely, unquestionable custom to carry on this way...after all, if it'd been wrong a practice...none of us would be here today. 👈💯🤔
And the physical appearances would've probably looked like today's models...if not better...since, after all, that and ego made a third of the angels rebel against God, their jealousy at God's creation. Think about that one for a second...these humans must've been gorgeous to behold.
Unfortunately, every generation loses lots of genetic code, which in turn, leads to our physical degradation. And so, we'd expect our health, lives, and looks to degrade. The ability that's been given to us by God, to have a brain and create technologies to in good use, counter our degradation is what keeps us in our current state, to be able to make a living in relative good health, which is itself, another reason to share our technologies with our brethren across the globe. Praise be to God.

Angels fell because of Women. There are no feminine angels, therefore they were dumbfounded when witnessing them. They have no families and became jealous and wanted children of their own.
But yes I agree people were beautiful back then. This has been mimicked with plastic surgery now.
Also, incest has always been forbidden.. other than Adam & Eve’s children. Marrying a cousin is not incest and is still practiced today in African and Middle Eastern countries. Incest is your immediate family. Regardless of the genetic code, God would not approve of a man marrying his aunt etc.

Ok I figured out by knowing from Rebekah who returned from the Dead when I was a child? The Names were switched by the prevailing one Isaac=Horus was the Father not the son Abraham was the Murderer of his Son Isaac? when the names have been switched as Isaac was poisoned and blinded before birth by Athena who was the Archangel Gabrielle using spells to become the Gabriel the Fe-male known as Aphrodite AKA Zeus Fused together with Athena Rebekah was Gaya. Then Jesus was the reincarnated Isaac Horus Isaac that when figured out was again Killed again? So now we have the justice for Jesus being sacrificed to save His Father's Secrets from being told?

      It happened.
There were pregnant women in Sodom and gamorah and during the flood of Noah.
Not to mention the first born in Egypt, countless babies and children were murdered.
