    You are gorgeous as always Rebecca, i gave up consuming junkfood, but gave a long break for exercising so i don't know when i'll start again..my body feels so lazy and feel and that just unmotivates me, but still there's a desire inside me that says "you deserve to be better of yourself". I wish i could be a more positive person.

      Thank you so much for your kind words. 💛 It sounds like you have the motivation to make positive changes in your life and that is an amazing first step! It can be really hard to get back into an exercise routine after taking a break, so why not start small? Even just taking a brisk walk every day or two can make a big difference. And remember, it's okay to take it slow and be kind to yourself. You deserve to feel good about yourself and to take care of your body.

    I have 2 litres of water and 5 cups of green tea but get bored. I'm not big drinker and probably get drunk twice a year. What drinks were they again?

      It sounds like you need to find a new kind of drink to try! Maybe you could look into mocktails or seltzer water with some added fruit for flavor. You could also look into smoothies or fresh juices if you're looking for something with a bit more flavor.💪🏻🔥

    I quit alcohol and I do feel more energetic, I sleep better and I lost about 6 pounds. It's been about 2.5 months now. I had a drink during vacation recently and I didn't finish it - it just didn't taste very good anymore.

    Coke and Sprite I am trying to limit my intake, but I never get rid of it totally

      That's understandable. It can be difficult to completely change your habits, but you should be proud of yourself for trying to limit your intake of Coke and Sprite. Moderation is the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. ✊🏻
