very few tutorials are actually good and the good ones are also really hard. but when i discovered this channel it was so amazing! all my succesfull drawings actually come from here! these tutorials can be customised a bit also; since they are explained nice and slow, and they are so easy. Also Art With Flo mostly uses the common default brushes; if not, uses free brushes unlike other art channels, who have expensive paid ones! Thank you :D

Nice tutorial, I'm definitely going to make some of my own brushes, Thank you. Here's a tip....when renaming your brush just long press the delete key and this will delete all the text instead of tapping for each letter. 👍
Great tutorial. I tried to make brush out of a flower photo. It does everything except the flower color is at best very pale. Are there any settings to reproduce original photo colors in the brush I made ?

The stamp shows perfectly on a white or light background, but you cant see it at all in a black, or dark background, even though I am using white paint or light yellow. What am I missing? Please help, thank you
This is a stamp brush, creating a glitter brush is a bit more complicated, you'd have to play around with things like blending modes and color dynamics
Hi, thanks a lot for great tutorial. I followed your tutorial, brush got created fine but when i create new layer and use the brush, moon appears to be dark. Brush works fine when tested on drawing pad inside brush studio. Any idea why this is happening?

I have to invert the layer to see the moon. I changed from dark to light interface and that made no difference. I have no idea what is going on, I'm doing everything you're doing and it isn't visible.
I'm very confused - when I go into the "shape" menu (after I've C&P'd and opened up the plus sign to create a new brush_) there is NO edit button to tap and edit anything. There's an "Import" tab and a "Cancel" tab and that's it. Do I have a different version of procreate? I'm about to throw my iPad out the damn window I'm so frustrated. Been messing with this for twenty minutes trying to figure out why it's different.
@@ArtwithFlo Thanks for the reply - I am using Procreate. I don't have Procreate Pocket - isn't that an iPhone app? I only use Procreate on my iPad. However just FYI in case anyone else has this issue I found a solution - In the "Shape" tab instead of an "Edit" button there is a tab called "Shape Source" and upon hitting that I was able to find another 'import' tab and from there I could paste the item in. I am guessing there's something somewhere in my settings that is slightly different than your settings because I can't figure out any other reason it would be different but it is. If I could I'd send a screen shot. haha.
Is anyone else getting a "squished image when you paste into the shape editor? I have tried multiple times with two different photos and each time it squashes the image down a bit and really messes with the proportions of my image. Help?!

No, you can’t make colored brushes. The difference in color will just produce a difference in opacity.

Are you in full screen mode? And have you tried rotating your iPad?

Make sure you are using Procreate and not Procreate Pocket. Or try rotating your screen 🤷♀️
