I really love the very last part (about emails). Not being educated with business English, I did end up using "thanks in advance" when I was desperately waiting for people's reply. I am glad that I have not been hit by "I see your point" in email conversations, but these words came up naturally when a conversation of mine went into deadlock. Thanks for the video!

Matthew Dong 我再組織一下，之前解釋得唔係咁好。其實我用hope it helps的時候，坦白講係有少少講反話，就正如人地表演前，可能都會同台下的觀眾講定「表演得唔好唔好見怪」，但其實內心係充滿信心。所以我用hope it helps的時候都有這種心態。正是這原因，如果對方仍然對我的解釋有疑惑，得唔到我預期中的效果，我會認定係自己講得唔夠好，所以好多時候我接著都會話sorry for being unclear。好彩我唔係同外國同事講，所有都係本地香港人😅

其实我觉得我们用的时候肯定不会带着嘲讽的心态，都是习惯性的使用。他们应该也理解。还是文化不同，比如外国人的回应有的也很夸张啊。他们感谢帮助会说：“You saved my life” 我们谁会这么说啊~~~
@@9810johnny Sorry for being unclear. 这句倒很少用，会显得自己没自信，不专业。除非两种情况。一种情况是对方很明确的质疑你提供的内容没帮助甚至无关。 这个时候可能需要道歉，解释，在道歉的时候加上这句话。另一种就有点像视频里说的那样，明明我讲的很清楚，详细步骤1,2,3. 是你自己没弄明白，那是你的问题哦，我再复述一遍或拓展一点点。
