@@souplyandstuff338i recently also got interested in Bird and bought all the cards. Budew's item lock will be hard for evolving Pidgey but we can use Grand Tree Ace Spec or evolve manually through all the stages. Also with the rotation we will lose Rotom V (but so will everybody else), Luxray V, DTE, so we will have to look again for the most optimal build but the basic idea of Pidgeot Quick Searching for counters, retreat- and bench-lockers etc. will probably do just as well in the following format. I've already added Rotom SSP and Dedenne SSP to my rotation-proof decklist.
