The food on this flight was so good. Not often are all the courses excellent.

One of my personal hates, that I simply CAN NOT STAND is where the reviewer of either product or location seems more interested in getting their face on the screen than showing me what I have come to look at. I simply don’t care what the reviewer looks like or what color their skin is, and I can’t understand why anybody would.
I have just booked to take this very flight in March 23, and am looking forward to it.

Ah yes plastic cup with apple juice. I didn't notice it when they served it. Probably end of flight so they can just throw away the cup. A bit of waste since they have been trying to get eco friendly!

I flown a few times on 31st December. Usually the captain announces when it is midnight and everyone cheers. Other than that, nothing special. No champagne, well atleast not in Economy.

I flew Business (return) from SYD-MNL. Flew out on 6th August 2022 and returned 5th September 2022.
Outbound flight, product itself is very good (I was in seat 1A). Food was nice! Cabin crew were poor.
Inbound flight, I mostly slept, which was the biggest benefit of all!
Would I fly again? Yes, if on a rewards sale.
Food in Qantas business class sure has been good lately! Qantas Crew can be hit or miss. Sometimes you get some very short, rude Qantas staff, not always.......

Yes so often there is a screaming kid during take-off.
It was a Neil Perry salad but had a few different types of green leafs rather than the old Neil Perry Rocket salad 🥗 😀

Do you recommend Manila? Is it a safe place to visit for say a city break or stop over?
@@timboy774 Manila not my favourite city to visit. Crazy traffic, a bit unsafe to roam around at night.
I just had a 48 hour layover so stayed at City of Dreams Complex just 10 minutes from airport.
Manila is a stepping stone to some amazing places in Philippines like El Nido on Palawan Island or to Borocay

The luggage tags are labels as business class

this is a day time flight. I am sure you could ask for the PJs if you wanted to wear them. They usually only hand out the PJs on night flights.
