Im grateful you touched on the need for farmers to diversify so they can supplement their income, balancing out the good harvests from the bad. Owning and managing land is not a license to print money, it’s probably riskier than playing the stock market, but as you quite rightly said, it’s a way of life and farmers are eternally hopeful that next year will be kinder.

Try going for 3-7 years without rain like over here, lol. I'd be tempted to do a craft brewery over there, growing everything you need for the process, it would bring in some tourism income too.

For a person that aspires to afford a new Qashqai, and there are thousands of them, then I bet that the Qashqai gives them just as much driving satisfaction and pride of ownership also.

An English car with a left hand drive in the UK? That got my attention. Always nice to see your videos about farming, I find them very informing. Thank you for your videos.

If Harry put his boot down in the Aston, he'd have two big furrows up the field.
Back in the days of no speed limit Aston Martin would test driver there cars on the M1, they would make the Morris 1000 woody rock as the flew by.

Welsh. It is built at Aston Martin Lagonda's new Welsh factory at St Athan. Not that far from where Ineos was meant to be building the Grenadier, but the boss has such faith in post Brexit Britain that he has now decided to build it in France instead.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe is, or was, one of the most prominent Brexit supporters. He has a massive company but most of his profit is made from his chemical plants in Belgium and Germany, not the UK. Indeed he has a history of dumping the UK when he considers the tax regime to be not his cup of tea.

The vast majority of industry left after our joining of the EU (EEC, to be precise) and none of you blinked an eye but now if a company moves post Brexit you suddenly care enough to use it to validate your worldview. Odd.
