Perfect video to watch, just switched to the GFX a few months ago and awaiting the 30L version of this bag. I think the 30L insert is the same as the explore v2 so might have a bit extra room but glad to see a similar kit.
Nice video mate, 25L is a great size. Just started using the Fjallraven Kajka 35L and it’s a good usable size rather than the larger 40-45L bags on market. Great stuff 👌
Nice video! I've just ordered one as a more daily bag because I've got the big Lowepro Whistler 450 and it's just too big. Btw, what L-Brackets do you use? I'm looking for one for my X-H2S!
That’s a good question! It was the main board on my X-T4 that died - figured it was worth repairing so I can at least sell it off. I imagine standard e-waste (computers etc) would take them
Be aware...Shimoda says this fits a 16" laptop but it is very tight. You won't be storing and removing that laptop with one hand. If you have a case on your $3400 MacBook Pro (like I do) it's very difficult to store and remove. After the 16" laptop is in, that front pocket also gets tight and much less usable. Anything you put in the front pocket better be very thin. I think a dedicated zipper area would have been better than having its access be INSIDE of another compartment. The larger 30L version doesn't appear to have more room for a laptop than the 20L. Both say they hold a 16" laptop.
Yeah I found fitting a 15” Laptop into my Explore 35L tough too, despite it being rated for one, I think Shimoda base their sizing on the Apple laptops. That said I’m not really one to travel with a laptop - dont even own one anymore :)
Thanks for the video. Looking at camera bags to buy one :)

Yup the 30L can take the medium core units from memory, would be spot on. Still kicking myself for screwing up my order 😂😂🤦♂️

Thanks man! Yeah my Explore 35L is fantastic - I can’t imagine using anything bigger than that without back problems 😂😂😂
Sorry just changed my comment to 25L 😂 great video.
Yeah plus you end up taking way more than you need…”just in case”!
Nicely packed 🙃🙃🙃

Smallrig are my go to for L Brackets. Been using them since my X-T3 :)
One completly unrelated question. Where do dead camaras go? Does fuji have any death camara collecting operation?

I bought 20L . This bag is almost perfect for me except it can’t stand well.
The perfect bag is always tough hah. I think I have six camera bags all up 😂😂
@@JarredSpec This Shimoda Urban 20L ( which I have ) lean forward slightly empty , so if you put stuff in , it easily loses its balance.
Mine is 25L. If I take the rain fly out, there's a chance. It leans to the front though.
