I’ve been using coconut oil for 6 years now. I buy it from the Indian grocery store. Years ago my hair seemed to be thinning. I was getting in the best shape of my life, exercising, taking vitamins, biotin and none of that helped until i religiously started using coconut oil throughout my hair. Within 3 months I was getting so much baby hair. And I never get split ends. I use it twice a week for at least an hour or much more. 20 min is good too.
May I ask are you using coconut oil from scalp to end of hair or just your middle hair to end. Would you please recommend the coconut oil. Thank you so much for your help
@@nicolelamNQ Not sure if my reply went through. I use Parachute brand from my local Indian grocery store. Or you can use a cold-pressed or organic kind. I use most of it on my scalp, massage it in. Since it's so saturated I use my fingers to come it through the rest of my hair, and I rub the rest on the ends of my hair. So yes, it's all of my hair. Now I am experiencing with Onion oil from MamaEarth.
@@nicolelamNQ I would not recommend that as in my experience too much oil on the scalp causes clogged follicles and hair fall. you should consider scalp care as skin care (which is still alive and producing oils, can have clogged pores, has cell turnover, etc) and the rest of the hair as maintaining dead tissues (mostly a matter of not causing physical damage through heat, manipulation/friction, too much/little moisture, etc.) coconut oil is a very rich oil so I would only use it on the bottom maybe 4 to 6 inches of my hair which is the oldest and most porous. as always everyone's hair is unique and it will take experimentation. hope this helps you
I have tried the coconut oil thing ....but my problem is it ALWAYS ends up clogging my shower. Always ....so I gave it up 🥺 I hear this is Very common as coconut oil can harden in the pipes especially when it's cool, I wonder how this doesn't happen with some people? Has this ever happened to you ?
Just wanna say I am LOVING the 90s wispy bangs on you!! They remind me of my older sister, who had them in the 90s-early 00s, and I always thought she was just the pinnacle of beauty 💖. They're super cute! I hope they're not as annoying to deal with as my curtain bangs 🥲
Thanks . After your videos, my hair is so shiny and silky. Especially on camera. I'm sure I'll soon be offered to be a model in a hair commercial. Happy Happy Christmas 🎄 🎁 ❤
Hello I have been watching your videos for a long time now and am wondering if you could give some advice on how to protect your hair if you go swimming. Thank you 💅🩷
Such great tips and great knowledge. I've followed over years and always love to watch your videos. Do you still dye your hair? Or not as much recently? And as a bonus, such a lovely, relaxing, well-spoken voice.
I'm so glad that even at the height of my hippie hair, sulfate and silicone hating phase (which lasted well over a decade, I'm embarrassed to say), I knew I needed sulfates when I did my clarifying washes every couple of weeks 🙏.
My bangs are growing out but weird idk help me should i cut them again because now i just middle part them and secure them with hair pins on the sides is there a hairstyle for that ???
Thank you for the tips! Fermentation is a very ancient hair practice to keep hair strong and healthy; therefore, shiny and soft. Here's a gift 🎁 watch christspiracy documentary! Merry Christmas! God bless 🌟
I don't use shampoo pure anymore. I mix it with water in a seperate empty bottle. My hait is so much better and I only loose 30 hair a day. Before I lost 100 hair a day...
if you're referring to 05:40 she did so called "air quotes" gesture while saying the word "breathe" which means she knows it doesn't technically breathe
I haven't watched Audrey's video in a while, but I just came across one of her reels on Instagram.. And the comment section is just depressing 😂 I don't know why, but on RUclips (generally) the comment sections are more normal compared to other socials.. Maybe just my experience
Always I appreciate her effort, decent struggle and beauty along with the care tips she has been sharing with us all. She is super nice as a mentor and leader. 🙏🙂👍
omg 2 videos in a week? audrey is spoilling us!!💖💖 Merry christmas and have a great time with your family!!!
Would love to see a summary included as well as a list of all products mentioned & not just the commission opportunity product.

Amika the shield spray is heat protection, anti humidity and shine all in one. Excellent for textured hair.

Your hair looks so beautiful and shiny when you oil it
Merry christmas, from France thanks for this video❤🎉🎄
Girl I really need to know your lipstick you are wearing in this? Cause that lipstick looks so gorgeous 😍🥰
Can someone summarize this?
Can you talk about hair loss and how to thicken hair, please?
Rasshoul clay and baking soda rinse worked to thicken my hair.
Love your videos!! Can you make a video about when to use a sulfate or silicones shampoo?
How to stop the hair loss, please talk about this.
So we prefer the Rootist BioBrew over the Mielle scalp oil??
Omgg what lipstick are you usingg!
How do you use the mask? After shampoo before conditioner? Do you use conditioner on mask days?
Girl why did you cut it
I've been sleeping on satin pillowcases for 2 yrs now and if i miss it even for a night my hair end up looking like a broom the next day.
What lip color is this? I’ve been looking for one like this
The hair mask that she’s talking about can I find it on amazon? Does it start with a T?
Link for the scalp scrub, spray, scrub, everything 😅
My bangs are growing out but weird idk help me should i cut them again because now i just middle part them and secure them with hair pins on the sides is there a hairstyle for that ???
You're gorgeous with short hair
Could you test bath & body works shampoo and conditioner?
they don’t want you to read the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki because it sets you free
society would change overnight if more people read the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki
What's it about?
@@raiman11idk
Subaki(???) hair mask??? Can you be more specific or provide a link???
which one?
tsubaki? that's a popular oil in japanese hair care. Shiseido has hair masks with tsubaki which are quite popular from what I know
yes, she said it's the gold one at 7:13, so that would be "shiseido - premium repair hair mask"
Rootist is not available for europe😔
the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki is what everyone avoids because it’s too real

What about MSM? It is said to help hair grow faster and stronger.
Again Audrey! You haven't linked all these products in the description at all! Another wasted video!
Your hair now not gd I like your last hair 😢😢
I think it looks great
Get over it
Omg her hair is gorgeous! 😂 Don't worry, I'm green with envy too!
Skin does not breathe.

Yeah she used air quotes which indicates irony. Please pay attention to people when they speak.
