This video has given me motivation to get back into my hair care routine. Working full time is exhausting and usually the last thing I wanna do is wash my hair since it’s so long and coarse
For 2025, I made the bold decision to cut my hair into a curly bob after having it at tailbone length my entire life. It was a choice I had dreamed about for years, and though it wasn’t easy, I have absolutely no regrets! I’m embracing this new era of my hair. Nevertheless, I am also on the journey to grow it back because, for me, long hair is for life.
On the start of new year 2025 after wayching ur videos i decided to cut my hair because after all its hair and it will grow back.I cut a lot till my sholders and I am in love thx for everything Audrey and u look gorgeous as well.😊😊❤❤
I am hoping you would consider using the Cécred haircare line for at least six months and give a review. There is a learning curve and the products need to be used differently depending on hair type and there needs to be consistency and flexibility within personal regimen guidelines. I would love to hear your opinion after you have tried the products in various ways. 💜
Here’s the best method I’ve found to make rice water the traditional and authentic way; the way that the Yao Tribe makes theirs! In a bowl, take a cup of rice and rinse it well and massage it a few times under the tap to remove the starch layer. Remove that water, then take the rice and add in 4 cups of warm distilled water, and let that sit for 30 minutes. Then, massage the rice well for 15-20 minutes to release the nutrients. In a pot, add JUST the water, NO rice grains. This is where I see a lot of people go wrong, you do NOT want to ferment the rice with the water or boil it while it’s in there. The Yao Tribe also add in extra ingredients to make the rice water more moisturizing. You can add in 3 green tea bags, 3 tbsp camellia oil, the peel of 2 lemons, 2 tablespoons of amla, bhringraj, or Shikakai. Allow it to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, then take it off the heat. Pour all of the ingredients into a mason jar, and allow it to infuse and ferment for 2 weeks in a cool dark place. Once done fermenting strain and add my essential oils of choice! Make sure to shake well before use. Let it sit on your scalp and hair strands for at least 20 minutes and massage it into your scalp well. This way you won’t experience any protein overload and always deep condition after. I’m not sure it makes hair grow faster, however it has made my hair darker, shinier, and less prone to breakage. Hope this helps! 🥰
The yao people just use the water from their cooked rice they eat. The do not do extra effort to make this water. They cook rice for eating and then keep this water. And they use it when it smells bad. Still then it is the most effective. Real fermentation takes 1-2 weeks. They put herbs or orange peel in it to avoid the bad smell...
one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page
i remember this one time i felt like no matter what i did, people just didn’t notice me. i tried everything-confidence boosters, social tips, you name it-but nothing seemed to work. then i found this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it completely shifted how i saw myself. it’s not just about being noticed; it’s about understanding the energy you project. honestly, this book made all the difference for me. if you’ve ever felt invisible, you need to read it.
I cut my hair into a bob last March. Right now it's just at bra strap length. My hair is super thick and wavy . At first I was upset then I realized that it's only temporary and it will grow back .
i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.
I just made a new batch of rice water! I use your old method tho I use Jasmin rice, clean it really well, add filtered water, but I add rosemary from my garden and bring it all to a boil before turning the heat way down to let it simmer for a few minutes. Do you prefer this method over the cooking method?
there was a time when i kept wondering why some people seemed to naturally draw others in while i was just…there. no matter what i tried, i couldn’t figure out how they did it. then someone mentioned the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and i decided to check it out. the way it explains how your aura affects everything around you? it blew me away. it’s like having a secret code to unlock your magnetic energy. this book is a game-changer.
@@Rebecca640 Fermented rice water can have a bit of a sour scent. So if you prefer, you can add in an essential oil or fruit zest for a sensory boost. Rosemary helps fight hair loss, so those wanting extra hair growth may want to add rosemary essential oil to the mix.
Ohh nooo I don't wash my hair every day so I would definitely be getting bacteria infections on my scalp if I did this rice routine. Plus I'd rather just use a product on the shelf that profession chemists curate.
I used to love your videos on 2021. I distinctly remember feeling so insecure about my hair after a couple years of bleaching and cutting. Naturally I have long wavy brown hair with blonde highlights. Your videos inspired me so much much! Since 2021, I have not bleached or done any drastic cuts to my hair. it is officially 12 inches longer and the healthiest it has been! To say I am shocked by your current appearance is an understatement. I understand having a baby or two changes your appearance but I’ve never seen such a drastic change. It makes me worried to have kids! I don’t want my nose to widen or my hair to falll out :(
my hair is naturally thick. I notice that extra products are completely unnecessary for my hair. just water and a brush to tame and maintain. To viewers, please don’t waste your money buying into these products or apps (really Audrey?). simply do not bleach, drastically cut, or damage your hair. eat a healthy diet. AND EXERCISE. Stress induced hair loss is a thing. do not listen to this woman. take one look at her and ask yourself: Do I want to look like her?

Thank you! I know how exhausting it can be-starting small with simple steps can make it easier. You’ve got this!

I’m so glad you’re embracing the change!! You’re brave to go for a curly bob!
@@AudreyVictoriaI am glad for you too💞! Hope it brings a positive change for your life!

That's awesome to hear! Hair growth can be so surprising sometimes. Glad you're enjoying the shower routine videos!

That’s such a great perspective! Thick, wavy hair at bra strap length must look amazing, and you’re so right-it’ll grow back in no time!💕
i'm with you on this journey!!
You look good with your new cut. Personally, I prefer short or long. I hate the awkward middle length.
Love your videos. Xoxo from Brazil 🇧🇷
Hope it goes well. Good luck 👍👍
Is there an android version cause ive been looking for an app that would help me track progress so im very happy to know that youve made one,😊
I'm also wondering this!!!
Is the app available in Europe too ?
Yep!!
Do you rinse out the rice water before the hair mask, or put the mask on top?

Please where can i find peppermint oil
It’s sold on Amazon and at Stores like Sprouts.

How often do you use the rice water on your scalp? Every time you shampoo?
once every 4 days
Ive done it once before but as it fermented it smelled awful, should I add the orange peel and peppermint oil to aid the smell? Need advice!
Omg yes! Mine smells amazing. You’re going to love it.
I really wanted to download the app but it's only for iPhone users ! 😢
and it cost money to use
Hey! Do you have any vegan crueltry free recs? Like a leave in and thermal protection? Any good hair mask maybe also
Hi! Could you tell where did you buy Kaminomoto serum ? i cant find it...
I just don’t understand if it’s good for strengthening, how is it making your hair brittle?
Adding oil in water? 😬🤨
it's an essential oil with the plant benefits of the herb peppermint and the aroma... Not a cooking oil
@@jaylon5434 essential oil can't be mixed with water either. You have to add an emulgator or shake it every 10 seconds

As I am do a rice water spray...not sure what its like though...
Waiting for the app for Android users
How many times a week would you use rice water?
I use it once every 4 days
@ ok…thanks!!

Thank you so much for your knowledge. I recently bought the Kahinomoto (sp?), and it's been helping my politically stressed bald spots.
Thank you for sharing your experience! I’m thrilled that the Kaminomoto is helping you. It's such a hidden gem in the world of haircare.
Hello, where did you buy it ?
