Paul Rodgers is probably the most underrated singer of the 70's. He is so good. A lot of big bands at this time always mentioned him as one of the best.
@@Brandi6666 Simply not true, get out of your bubble man...rarely (noticed I said rarely, not never) mentioned when people list their top tier 70's favorite singer. He should be much higher in most of those list!
Paul Rodgers is a very underrated vocalist from the 70's.Paul Rodgers and the drummer Simon Kirke came from the group 'Free' when Bad Company formed. They have numerous hits from the 70's.Great song,Great reaction!
One of my favorite bands from the era. Paul Rogers is considered one of the best voices in Rock as well. Bad Company was signed by Swan Song in the U.S. and managed by Peter Grant who was also Led Zeppelin's manager.
Paul Rodgers was before Bad Company lead singer of the Free (hit Alright Now is great) and about twenty years ago he worked and performed a few years with Queen (Brian May and Roger Taylor).
Paul Rogers one of top10 voices in rock. He was the lead singer for a band called Free… great band… also Bad Company…. And the Firm…. All great bands… he also went on tour with Queen you also can check it out.
Saw these guy's around four years ago in London,.....they still rocked!!! Paul's voice was still as good as ever and Mick Ralph's guitar was still like a hot knife through butter. ....👏👏
What do you think? Wow and more wow. And the lyrics? Straight to the point. (Giggling) BEST REACTION EVER ❤ also- I just realized I was 9 at the time of this recording. So lucky- and explains a lot
The current lead singer of Bad Company and Manfred Man, Robert hart, was around my house having a cup of tea yesterday. Surreal. Totally nice guy. Chatted about life and how he has changed from the wild days.
You two are simply the best! LOVED your reaction & trying to keep it classy & still doing the song justice! Paul Rodgers is known for his beautiful vocals, he's definitely an icon! Keep them coming! Love & peace ❤✌🏼
The term "making love" did not mean intercourse back then. It was just romancing a girl, kissing and not much else. Back in 1960 There was a Marilyn Monroe movie called "Let's make love" and it was very innocent. ☺, PJ PS I love your reactions!
Hmmm.. okay.😂. It think it was a bit more all encompassing than that and probably subject to the intention of the speaker. It is ‘rock and roll’ after all, and that’s not just about dancing on the dance floor, but rolling like thunder under the covers too! 🥰
Paul Rogers kills…… This is a great version of the song I love it. He's a top-five vocalist of all time for sure. And make on the guitar and the rest of the band are so smooth….Just love hearing them live.
In 2005 I caught Paul Rogers fronting Queen. Great show. In 2007 I saw Paul Rogers with BAD CO. with Chilliwack opening. Awesome show! They all sounded as good as they did back in the day.
You both crack me up! 😂 It’s ok, that’s a perfectly normal reaction to that song. Hope you guys both took a little break in the aftermath of the song to take advantage of the mood and enjoy yourselves! 🥰 Bad Company is fantastic, and Free as well. Can you please do Burning Sky and also from Free - Fire and Water? Thank so much!
U.K. rock bands were off the charts in the 70’s, incredible array of talent that put the US to shame, so Dominica is correct in her assertion. Shame it all has to come to an end
Great reaction to a great band. Never heard this live version before and I’m glad Paul Roger’s doesn’t play the harmonica very long as that was a little rough. Another great song from the debut album is the song ‘Bad Company’ and then follow it up with a fantastic cover of that song by Five Finger Death Punch. Album version of Bad Company’s original and the official video version of FFDP’s cover👍👍. Keep up the great work, love you guys👍👍
Along with Robert P, Ian G, Roger D, Paul Rodgers has one of the best rock voices with this sexy blues "color". The Free was his first band with All Right Now 1970 (long version) was a big hit in Europe, as was their live album. After the debut album Bad Company I had great expectations that were later not fulfilled. The quality of the songs decreased (you can already see it here); However, live the band was a lot interesting as they incorporated solos and transitions. Best song: the song Bad Company from the debut. In 2005-08, Paul Rogers was briefly a touring singer with Queen.
One of the great vocalists. One of the great rhythm sections. One of the great guitarists. Mick Ralph's choices on guitar are song generated and hook central.
The band Led Zeppelin took them under their wings knowing how good Bad Company was and Peter Grant singed them to Swan Song Zepp's record label. Loved Paul when he was in the band FREE!
Too much like Led Zeppelin without the vast range of Plant, Jones, Page and Bonham. With Robert Plant refusing to work with Jimmy after John Bonham died in 1980, Jimmy Page ended up teaming up with this lead singer Paul Rodgers to form The Firm in 1984. Radioactive was one of their big hits.
Paul Rodgers could make a genuine claim for "Best Rock Voice Ever". He gets taken for granted because it's just so effortless. Effortlessly Rock perfect.
This is an amazing live version and they're one of the few bands that sound good live... but you have to listen to the studio version of this song as it's incredible.
DOMINIKA, IF YOU THINK HIS VOICE IS AMAZING, THEN YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO HIM IN HIS PREVIOUS BAND CALLED (FREE) THEY WERE INCREDIBLE. THAT WAS ACTUALLY THE NAME OF THE BAND (FREE) THE MOST WELL KNOWN SINGLE THAT THEY DID WAS CALLED (ALRIGHT NOW) AND MANY MANY MORE. (YOU MUST LISTEN)
Maybe check out Pauls vocal work with Queen after Freddy Mercury passed away. The live concert from Kharkiv( poor Kharkiv, so badly damaged during the ongoing conflict) is fantastic in front of a huge audience. It's here on youtube.
In the Music Industry - Paul Rogers is simply know as "The Voice", and rightly so. Try his original band - FREE - great singing & brilliant Guitar, Paul Rogers & Paul Kossoff. Also a great live video on YT of Bad Company doing the track "Bad Company" at the Hard Rock, still has the voice. and the much earlier DKRC version of 1974. All best
Bitter sweet memories with this 1 my first ever proper girlfriend my first ever heartbreak , and my first ever concert I went to , I still feel a little sadness even now , ah well I’ve been heartbroken a few more time since then it’s no big deal now 🤣
Please react to humble pie "black coffee " the live version from the old grey whistle test... lead singer Steve marriott has an insane voice !! Still my favourite front man ever !! And one if the best voices to wver come out of the uk .. sadly no longer with us :(
OHMyGosh! **LuvYaBoth** too Fun! He does have a **BeyondAmazingVoice** sometime down the road ya should check out **MyJimmyPageWizardBabe** & **Paul Rodgers** in the band they formed called **The Firm** & just totally got me with the **Crikey** thing **Luv** your **Laughter** both! Thank YOU for being **YOU**
This song I hear around the house...and I start thinking about Rizzo so I'm out the back door to rizzo for some kissing...hey can you play... the romantic's... That's what I like about you... thanks..catch you two later 😊
Paul Rodgers is one of the best Vocalists around, originally with the Band Free in 1968 who are certainly worth a listen!
Arguably the greatest rock singer ever.
Paul Rodgers is a gem, one of the greatest.
Paul Rodgers is probably the most underrated singer of the 70's. He is so good. A lot of big bands at this time always mentioned him as one of the best.
Yes, great voice.
Who underrates paul. What, are you new to the rock scene? Ask anyone over 40 knows his voice, and acknowledges him as top tier voice. 🖕
@@Brandi6666 Simply not true, get out of your bubble man...rarely (noticed I said rarely, not never) mentioned when people list their top tier 70's favorite singer. He should be much higher in most of those list!
He is known as "The Voice"
How is he underrated? He has NEVER been underrated!!!
Paul Rodgers, the best rock/blues singer, and STILL singing! ❤
Paul Rodgers is a very underrated vocalist from the 70's.Paul Rodgers and the drummer Simon Kirke came from the group 'Free' when Bad Company formed. They have numerous hits from the 70's.Great song,Great reaction!
Are you 13 yrs old? Where do you come up with this unerrated shit
Great", iconic, band . Great songs, totall 70's
That’s the great Mick Ralphs on that awesome guitar solo at the end.
Perhaps the most under appreciated and underrated guitar player ever. He’s definitely in my top 10!
have always loved Mick Ralph's playing , quite excellent and he has a unique sound, I can always recognize that its him
One of my favorite bands from the era. Paul Rogers is considered one of the best voices in Rock as well. Bad Company was signed by Swan Song in the U.S. and managed by Peter Grant who was also Led Zeppelin's manager.
Paul Rodgers is awesome. Obviously no auto-tune, but not even reverb or any other effects. Amazing 🤘
My favorite song from Bad Company is the song "Bad Company" which has my favorite "drop" ever!
Paul Rodgers rocks. One of the GOAT Rock singers ever. So talented.
Another great band from the 70s!… I saw them from front row center in 1977. What a great show!
Paul Rogers is an amazing singer, what a voice.
Saw them at Charlton supporting The Who in '75. Stole the show for me! 👍🇬🇧
Bad Company was the first group to sign with Led Zeppelin's new record label Swan Song Records
Paul Rodgers was before Bad Company lead singer of the Free (hit Alright Now is great) and about twenty years ago he worked and performed a few years with Queen (Brian May and Roger Taylor).
Half of Queen.
Why the harmonica? There is no harmonica on the studio album.
One of those unforgettable voices and songs. He's at the top
Paul Rogers one of top10 voices in rock. He was the lead singer for a band called Free… great band… also Bad Company…. And the Firm…. All great bands… he also went on tour with Queen you also can check it out.
Paul sang with the group Free before Bad Company. He was good. Saw them as Bad Company in 70s.
The lead singer's band prior to Bad Company were called Free. Probably the finest blues rock band England ever produced.
That one single bass note.
Saw these guy's around four years ago in London,.....they still rocked!!! Paul's voice was still as good as ever and Mick Ralph's guitar was still like a hot knife through butter. ....👏👏
What do you think? Wow and more wow. And the lyrics? Straight to the point. (Giggling) BEST REACTION EVER ❤
also- I just realized I was 9 at the time of this recording. So lucky- and explains a lot
For me the greatest rock singer ever!!! He sang with all the great bands and made them better.
Have to love the very different versions of Bad Company both with Rogers and Howe as lead singers.
loved this song as a teenager in the 70's.
Thank you so much for doing this version with studio music (extended lead at end), Paul Rodgers singing live, and adding the harmonica in.
The current lead singer of Bad Company and Manfred Man, Robert hart, was around my house having a cup of tea yesterday. Surreal. Totally nice guy. Chatted about life and how he has changed from the wild days.

What a song, love me some Bad Company. Such a great band and hook.
I saw them a few years ago and Paul’s voice was still amazing, his son was on first and very good , thanks guys

Paul Rogers kills…… This is a great version of the song I love it. He's a top-five vocalist of all time for sure. And make on the guitar and the rest of the band are so smooth….Just love hearing them live.
Fun one, you two! And such a fun song! The 70' were a great time to be alive. Thanks for sharing this one. 🙂
Paul Rogers is one of the really great rock singers. You should really look out for his earlier band Free, especially their live studio sessions
Oh it is a great love making song. Like Slow Ride , Foghat. Great Reaction
In 2005 I caught Paul Rogers fronting Queen. Great show. In 2007 I saw Paul Rogers with BAD CO. with Chilliwack opening. Awesome show! They all sounded as good as they did back in the day.
Mick Ralphs was from Mott the Hoople.
You both make me laugh, in a good way. It's great to see you both enjoying this song. 😅👍
