You can buy PCB screws and the threaded inserts online somewhere. Order enough screws and inserts for all the mounting holes on the adaptor PCB, and attach the inserts to the case either with just superglue or program little recessed spots into the print program that are in the right place and sized for the inserts, then superglue them in.
