@@growpuravida the variety is present in Florida but not easy to find. It is mid to late-season variety usually finishing before keitt (in South Africa at least)
Israel's breeding program has been mostly focused on commercial traits, and as you can notice the color/shape/weight are very appealing on shelves. Taste wise, they're mediocre.
