My kind of breakfast: nice taste test. This is my first time hearing about White Piri and E Wais.
The East Indian seems to have more fiber than what I've experienced over the years, even its shape and color.
    I like very sweet mangoes
Thanks for sharing, Have a great weekend

I tried to graft a scion of white piri to one of my trees. It didn't catch sadly so I'm going to try again maybe next season. I'm going to let my trees do their thing for another season. Maha Chanok isn't that good of mango to me either. East Indian is very sweet mango with a lot of notes going on. I don't like the fibers within it though and I can't enjoy more than one becuase it gives me headaches lol

Agree East Indian is very rich but fibers come in between. Giselle and Harumanis/Aromanis were pretty close to that richness with no fibers. Do try to find them and taste once next season.

Hi what is your favorite Indian mango variety?

Can’t decide between a well ripened Mallika and a Sonpari, at least here in Florida. In India there might be many tastier varieties but i haven’t gotten chance to travel there during the mango season.

Ewesi had down side its too sweet also it need to full rip on the tree to really hit the right taste toon .. And if u think ewsi is sweet wait until u try fas the fas is ewisi mango which after pollination hit by cold wind so the it becomes seedless and all the sugar didn't find thr seed store at the fruit itself its like 2 times sweet than normal ewisi ...i advice u to plant ewisi seed it will take time 3-6 years but it will produce similar fruit "the tree grow so large"
Inshallah u are coming next year .. to Egypt to try all different Egyptian Mango and guess what there is around 300 types of mango around 30 are unique to Egypt 😂
By the way ewisi isn't my favorite mango
But sidkah if u can find sidkah go for it
