Jigglypuffs Down B does The most damage of all with the flower effect
That’s only if the character doesn’t move around at all after the hit, moving around causes the flower to fall off earlier

D3's jet hammer actually does more the moment it reaches full charge instead of holding it longer
In terms of knockback, that’s true, but in terms of damage, not really. The most I could get the Jet Hammer to do before full charge was 35.8% against full charge’s 48%, so in terms of damage, not quite.
Actually if you hold it down to full charge it does more damage because king dedede takes damage

No the knock back is stronger right before, not the damage. At max charge he hits harder, but right before max charge the move actually has higher knock back for some reason

Went online duos with my friend who main DeDe, he can suck up (🥶) my gigaflare and it’s a one shot at any percent if he reflects it

Two things missed: Chrom's neutral special is the same power as Roy's, so he's tied in that spot. Sephiroth's one-winged state increases the damage he deals and it happens pseudo-passively. The same is true with Joker's Arsene state, but he doesn't have any moves that'd make the list.

If piranha plant breaks a shield (definitely doable) that side b can do a lot of damage so I kinda think it should be eligible. Especially since moves like kirby's side special would rarely ever hit if you just avoid it

Roy's neutral b when fully charged can be reversed to do 63 percent
Min Min only has TWO Specials: Up, and Down.

Even if side b isn't technically a special, Ram Ram and Megawatt are only available for side b and they have unique properties different from Dragon, so counting Megawatt for the video is fair.
Fun fact: Ridley's Down B got buffed from 60 percent to 66 percent in a patch.
Yeah, that was also the same patch where they removed the Down-Throw + Down-B combo

In training mode, the down b does 66, but when staling is on and the move is hit for the first time in a match, it does 69. Nice

This video was so great to see, and I’m glad to see someone make a comparison Only issue I had is that Dedede’s jet hammer makes it WELL over 50% when you land the timing perfectly. But other than that....great video.

Honorable mentions to the icies’ down special, as it can do 39%, and it is faster than falcon punch.

for Pirahna plant's poison mist specifically, a common tactic is to release the gas, then grab and pummel the opponent. Such a thing is very common and it does crazy damage
Or use the rapid jab, either way your right
Wait a second. So plant forward b dosen't count because it's to easily escapable but we can use big moves which pretty much never land?
Sephiroth’s B Neutral fully charged really does a lot of damage. You can OHKO a lot of fighters just at the start of the fight.

Skewer when you have the opponent at ledge is just brutal since downsmash covers all options. And will you ever be in this situation? Basically never.
I do think Piranha Plants side special should be considered, it's a really good shield break punish and you included Roy's neutral B.
If roy's neutral special is on the list, I think that pirana's side special shoulb be too. They are both nearly imposible to land without a shield break
Yeah, but that's only bc it takes too much tme for charging up, But in his rules, that's completely ok.
In that case so should falcon punch and other strong b moves. So no, it's a single hit so you can just catch them off guard.
warlock punch is strong but it's unfortunately a terrible move despite it's super armor. Also I love how you played the We're Robots ( Dr. Wiley Stage 2 ) music , it's easily the best mega man song in Smash and you can't change my mind.
I was expecting byleth to show up, but I guess his/her moves kill to early to warrant high damage.
Roy's neutral b literally kills at 0% and does 60%, byleth's moves are just more knockback oriented than damage oriented
The fact that this begins with Min Min's Megawatt already makes it interesting.

Min Min’s fully charged Dragon ARM actually does more damage than her fully charged Megawatt if you sweetspot the ARM and hit the laser. Yes it’s two hits and it’s not guaranteed but it’s the same move.
With One Wing, Sephiroth would make it into second place (around 64% iirc)
If you arc the initial PK Thunder in front of you, hit your opponent, then lead them behind you and PK 2, it should deal 42+% as Lucas (and I guess Ness if performed correctly).
You know, most of these fully charged moves can be 'easily escaped'
What about quick attacks?

Sephiroth can do more damage with gigaflare when he has his wing (61.1%)

It's just the standard face a character does when taking damage.

As a Ridley main, I can tell you I've been able to use Skewer to success. While it is unlikely to appear in battle, if practiced right you'll be able to throw them out succesfully all the time. And thanks to Ridley's Space Pirate Rush, you can keep enemies on the fence about using their shields or not.
Fully charged kirby hammerflip gets armor. Can use it to bait out get up attacks.
Im pretty sure you can turn right before kirby side b for more dmg
(3:00) Just so you know, your position in a list is n+1, where n is the number of slots ahead of you. So if 4 characters are tied at number 9, that makes Min Min be position 13, not 10.
I was really wondering if Smash Ultimate's Jigglypuff Rest would show up here. I don't know the exact % damage it deals, but the flower you get from it deals some insane damage over time. But I don't know how the duration works, you might be able to mash to shake it off earlier. But in total, I'm sure it would be more than some of the earlier entries in this video

I would say Mr. Game & Watch should be in one of the top 3 as his side special "Judge" can be a 0% Knockout, if the 9 appears, and if you get to the right point of the map.
I'm pretty sure giga flare is stronger with wing for sephiroth
Ya know what's even funnier? Ridley's down b got another damage increase, so now it deals about 70% instead of 66%. It's still #1 though 🙂

It has to be a solid connect, but it can happen surprisingly often....Bowsers (and I guess Charizards) neutral B can do a solid 40+% damage
I guess since it depends on how much of the move hits, it’d be hard to place on a list like this, but it can really hurt, especially against big, heavy characters. If I get a good connect, I usually do over 40%....light characters will take the full brunt too, just not as often

With a big spirit you can kill with hero’s fully charged side-b
King dedede's down special can deal up to 100% dmg, it just takes not only that much hp from dedede but also a lot of time
I feel like Piranha Plant's poison breaths should definitely be on the list. Plant has the shield breaking moves to set it up AND it's the only move on the list that allows the character to grab and force the damage. Considering moves like Hero's Magic Burst is dependant on RNG and a full magic meter, not to mention every other slow, charge moves on the list being included regardless... the distinction feels quite arbitrary.

technically the strongest special is hero's kamikaze, every other move need very specific situation to land a killing blow or do high damage, kamikaze can 0 to death hero while still do high damage

Puff does like 80 something percent with rest, if you wait for the flower effect. Don’t know if that counts but if it did raw damage wise it would be number 1
Tbh I don’t agree with the reasoning behind not including Incineroar. It’s a list about special moves, and the Revenge modifier is part of his options. Not only that, but it’s much easier to hit than things like reverse Warlock Punch or Magic Burst if the opponent was already shielding, since it’s a command grab. Same situation with Oomph/Psyche Up combined with Hero’s side B.
