Haha, yeh. I've only just started reading 40k lore. On a reddit post about Imperial Guardsmen someone asked "do women share the same rights as men in the Imperium?" Even as a noob, I was like... rights? What rights? Nobody has rights in the Imperium. Obey or die seems to be the thing.
@@blablanobody5456 Haha, of course. As adherent devotees of the divine Emperor, we're all about fanatical devotion-- NOT **extremism**. I mean, that's just crazy.
There had to be at least one michael Scott marine. Some poor dumb bastard who withstood the brutal training and mods and just came out on the other side stupid and oblivious as ever, but with a chain gun.
He's probably an amazingly effective soldier. Unfortunately, he will eventually be promoted and get his entire squad killed horribly fighting Tyranids of some shit.
Yesterday I was like "huh what happened to the funny 40k man from a while ago?" and opened up your channel to see if you uploaded anything else and was severely disappointed to see you haven't. Today is a different day. :D
its worse with the Grey Knights "Congrats, you did the impoossibe and defended your home planet against humanity's greatest enemy. Unfortunately, you were not supposed to know about that enemy so I'm going to have to execute you."
Bro, you gotta do one with guardsman Joe and Duncan Trussel as Magnus' thousand sons talking about Magick n Universes and Tzeentch shit. That's gotta be a lot of good content there.
@@GetterRay I don't think 40K is tied down to one genre it's designed so if you just look at events in an overview it can seem quite comedic but if you dive in to the story from any individuals perspective it becomes a mix of horror and tragedy. For example we all know the Orks are fucking hilarious but no one was laughing during the finale of Helsreach, it's all fun and games until they're whaaaggghhh-ing at you. Do also try to remember this is a universe where the dark Eldar and the Daemonculaba are a thing, not a lot of slapstick going on there.
I didn't say its one genre, I said its comedy first, and all that other stuff after. Because that is how the setting was originally designed. It was never meant to be taken seriously until much later, and even then, the building blocks of it come from a setting that started off comedic.@@matthewfield5748
I love how an Inquisitor take his time to give friendly advices to a Guardsman. Instructions unclear sure, but very wholesome !

We have the best citizens in the Galaxy, because of the Inquisition
Oooo you better believe thats a heresy

10/10 Henry Cavill has huge boots to fill with his Warhammer content.
Your boots are not large enough for his giant feet, no matter how you try you will only get hurt inside.

It's too accurate, "innocence proves nothing" and you can be killed for just doing your job.

This was truly enlightening! Thank you Inquisitor Michael for your wise words!
Also inquistor michael: *spams exterminatus button*
If you manage to avoid any Heresy suspicion, which only means you know them too well, instant HERESY!
"That's what the Emperor said!"
It's really simple to Explain Heresy to The Uninitiated.
If it looks and feels like Fun. 9/10, it's probably Heresy.
If it keeps you alive 50/50 it's heresy. If it's meant for the service of the Emperor
50/50 it's also heresy.

Now that I think about it. Graham Hancock talks a lot about ancient Civilizations. Perhaps Theres Potential to make him a Necron.
these are both very good ideas

"Do you exist?"

Alpharius is not a heretic
When Alpharius is in trouble, Alpharius transfers his heresy to... William charles schnider

Best way to avoid heresy is to stop existing.
Truer words have rarely been spoken. Praise be!

This fits so well, holy shit.
The Imperium did get the memo.
Yup, that's the only way for avoiding heresy
This makes alot of sense to me.
I thought he was going to start singing backstreet boys
Honestly, it almost reads as tragic. This is genuinely how far the Inquisition has fallen, that they've turned into living cartoon characters.
But it's true damned if you do, damned if you don't. It is what it is. it is what it isn't.
40k is a comedy setting first and foremost, its not tragic, its what the setting was meant to be.
