- Today we're going to be doing the infamous Tik Tok haircut. All the kids these days want it long on top and all the way down to their eyes, while getting it short and tapered down at the bottom. I'll be using the DFS Formula to show you how to cut the top to preserve length, while doing a nice low taper on the sides. I got this exact set... threw a babyliss taper blade on the clippers and a goldfx blade on the trimmers. When they make your influencer clipper I hope they design a fade/taper blade for you. That would be dope.

I like this clippers a lot but they tend to get hot even after oiling them but is a good clipper to use and have good clean fades if you know how to use it. The lo pro fx one is a big improvement compare to the other lo pros. Can’t wait for the red lo pro fx one

@@Seancutshair Yes me too I wouldn’t change the lo pros for anything else. I use my lo pros for any kind of fade.

picked those red and blue lopros at ross for $40 a piece
A lot of people that did, are complaining about them heating up. I bought mine at SalonCentric, and haven’t had them heat up. Are yours heating up?
original blade made them heat up, swapped it for a different babyliss blade and they work perfectly fine@@mogiehope8056

Could you do a blowout taper with dfs? Ive been getting a lot of them in the shop but I keep questioning myself around the ears and back.

@DavidWilliams-qu3vq honestly if he is a successful barber that is no excuse, we have blue purple white etc gloves & combs ...very easily obtained by any 99cent store barber supply, beauty supply, etc etc bottom line he wasn't thinking about how the video would look to other viewers, but teaching something definitely involves DISCERNMENT.
I usually try to take my gloves off and wear a white smock just didn’t happen on this one

Lo pro, with a full blade replacement Faper blade, and tight gamma guards
Do your lo pros heat up? I got these exact ones and they got super hot
@@gsanchez711 they were with the original blades. I changed to Faper blade and it's been flawless

@@gusb4309 they are solid. They match the walh premium guards but they don't rub when you 0 gap the blades

Deal? I ordered a bag from them on the 17th is it like them to wait a week and a half before they even ship items out? I cant get in touch with them they keep saying usps got it already ive been on the phone with usps twice for a hour long and they asured me they never have gotten package. Is this normal? Theynwont even email me back i fant find a phone number anywhere.. just wondering since youve had experience with them.

These lo pros are nice and not too crazy sharp. It all comes down to how you have them set though
