I've been a realtor for over 17 years and think you should find a place that makes you feel comfortable with many amenities. You're going to be alone now for a while. Comfort will help you feel better being alone. I'd find a place that is roomy and has a pool and weight room. For me it must be convenient to a grocery store, coffee shop and be close to an area I can walk and clear my mind. A balcony would be a plus if it's not too noisy outside, but the condo should have a nice view. That's just me. I always tell my clients this. Take your time... because once you pay, it's yours for a while! Good video, thanks
It doesn’t matter if it’s illegal to divorce in the Philippines. Just go to your home country and divorce there. You just have to be separated for one year. Better off doing it before you bring her to your home county. Once she gets that Visa it’s over for you.
Given the choices in the video, I'd pick the one with the all the boxes and clutter. Good view, balcony, kitchen space, pool, gym, game room (just a pool table and chairs). But most of all the price vs the amenities. The ones that were more expensive 'looked nice' but not for the price added to it.
By regional standards, prices are insane in the Philippines. For example, in Kuching, Malaysia, for 30k PHP, you can get a 3-bedroom condo, around 100 sqm, in a similar location and with higher-quality furnishings. The big downside there is, unfortunately, the visa situation.
I'm glad to see you're back to the roots You've been so good for so long. Seems like each time you help them start a RUclips channel all of a sudden they think they're shit don't stink and they don't need you anymore
