▶ Ingredients (1 cup of coffee)
5 tsp Instant coffee powder
5 tsp Sugar
4 tsp Hot water
Milk
* Some tips for making frothy coffee without failure
1) Do not use instant coffee with powdered coffee creamer. (Oil component prevents bubbles from forming)
2) Don't add too much water (the liquid will dilute and make the foam slower)
3) Use very hot water (bubbles are generated faster when the liquid is warm)
4) Add enough sugar (the stickiness of the melted sugar helps to foam)
5) If you have a hand mixer, be sure to use it. (When whipping at the highest speed of the hand mixer, you can make it in 1 minute)

I tried this once and it took me three days total to stir and whisk the thing, my arm went numb for a day straight.
The point is that it was really good so I’m making it again, I’m currently on day two of whisking and tears are running down my face.

I recommend mixing the coffee cream with the milk before adding it to a glass INSTEAD of putting the cream like this for aesthetic reasons trust me you’ll have a hard time mixing and it will get messy lol, Enjoy and lovely video! ❤️
I totally know what you mean! But in my case I just use a taller cup (my cup is quite big, so I just pour milk in half of it) and put the coffee after, then mix it together, not so fast and top to bottom, to keep the foam

You can use an electric mixer you know ,it will be faster
I add little lukewarm water ,sugar and coffee powder in a small bottle ..close the cap and shake it for few mins....and the coffee is ready same as fluffy as in the video....later add warm milk😋😋😋

My advice: frothy is better than creamy, so whisk it a little less. Add a little less sugar too so it wouldn't be overly sweet.

Made this and can confidently say that this coffee is definitely worth the hype. It has an impeccable flavor, one which I will keep dreaming of. This will be amazing to make in the summer. I recommend for everyone to try this! Just don't drink the froth on its own, almost died.

In Greece our traditional coffee its FRAPE its the same recipe but we use water ( actually you can taste only the coffee and not the milk and the sugar but you can put what you like ) so you put a little water in the glass you put 2 spoons of coffee and then you blend it with a mixer until it would be like a cream and then you fill the glass with more water you blend more with some straw and here you are a nice Greek FRAPE dont forget to put some ice in it

A tip: desolve 2 parts water with 1 part sugar over night in the fridge so it’s cold. Then add 1 part instant coffe and mix with an electric hand mixer. That’s the way I make it and turns out amazing

For 1 person: 1 teaspoon of coffee, 1-2 teaspoons sugar in a cup, add 1-2 teaspoons of water and mix with a spoon..when creamy add water and/ or milk..easier and quicker

This is how coffee has been prepared in some north Indian states for ages. Choice of instant coffee powder is Nescafe. If you pour it on cold milk, you get awesome cold coffee!
Try this is you want to make it into a frothy mocha:
- *1 Tbsp cocoa powder*
- *1 Tbsp instant coffee*
- *2 Tbsp sugar*
- *2 Tbsp water*
* Mix with a handmixer until fluffy unless you have a really strong wrist lol
- *serve over whole milk* (you could add a some cream to make it more tasty)

E coloquem menos café msm, vcs colocam uma colher a menos de café solúvel pq fica muito forte, mas se quiserem fazer do jeito que ta no vídeo, aconselho colocar uma quantidade boa de leite
