Great video, are you running a lift pump as well as the HFCM pump?
BudaDiesel I am only using the fuel pump that’s on the frame which is the fuel conditioning module as well. I’m thinking the tank may be the issue. Hopefully get some time this weekend to check it out
I'd love to see that predator pump run off of a normal belt too!

Did you check the pre filter or fuel heater on the side of the motor for the fuel? That is where my fuel issues are most the time.
Nick Frumusa it no longer has the fuel heater, but all filters are brand new. I’m going to drop the tank and have a look to see if there is an issue in the tank

Does your truck have the 40 gallon tank behind the axle? I have that in my f450 and the inside of the tank started to delaminate and that caused a huge nightmare for me figuring that out
Nick Frumusa no I have the 32 gallon tank, I think there may be a screen in the tank clogged or something idk though

What did you do with your power steering/brakes like pump and lines
Tim Allred on the Cummins power steering pump you can use the stock line and adapt the fitting to fit the ford booster, and then just run the return back to the pump it’s very easy nothing really to special

Tim Allred mine was original ya hydro boost so it was set up for it already.

Tim Allred the pressure line is dodge to begin with then ford at the booster
