I actually prefer the OEM LED for their lowlight projection. The Morimotos do not “reach out” very far- becomes somewhat of an issue on a dark road with a car 30+ yards away. Brights are better than OEM LED though. Also- y’all will want to make sure you remove the yellow and white clip from the front fascia and place back on the fender before re-install. Otherwise, you won’t get your fender back on

Retro fits are about 700. This deal isn't too bad for 8 projectors. If you think this is expensive then look for the ridged led light bar. Over $2000 depending on size.

Wow, $1500! I did the OEM LED swap for the same price. Bought the new headlights from Ford, the harness to make them work from the F150 Forum and I already had the ForScan program. Granted, the OEM headlights have increased in price... I’d still opt for factory.

Headlight Revolution so retrofit source replied to me saying its a difference in testing environments which could be it but even if they tested the light in a pitch black room and at 25ft which seems to be what they and you test at, their results seem staggering low. I’m pretty sure my Supernova V4 headlights are brighter than what they tested these headlights at.

Stay away from projector headlights in general, they are extremely dim compared to stock. Especially since nowadays everyone is sticking LED bulbs into stock reflectors which is technically not allowed. I've went through 4 different headlight housings from different companies each in the $500-$2k range, over 20 different brands of LED H11s. The biggest issue is that heat is killing these LEDs so nothing really lasts.
I have went back to stock and hoping Morimoto or another company do away with projectors and go with reflectors. Especially since all the cars on these roads always seem to have brighter lights due to having the reflector housing & LED combo.

@@HeadlightRevolution bulbs dont last forever so if they go out after the 5 year warranty then your stuck with buying another headlight housing set for 1500 dollars. they are probably one of the best looking for the F150 2018-2019 models IMO that i would need for my truck but i would want something that i can have a lifetime warranty bulb from GTR lighting that can be replaced.

can u guys do a installation video on 2018 F150 with regular grill (not STX or sports package)?
Everyone done this in a sports package with shaded headlight style. They are looking badass but no one did it on the regular chrome package. Just curious to see how it looks on the chrome package F150.
also, how is the comparison between this one and the Anzo switchback headlight?

Just installed these and the fuse tap apparently causes a low oil pressure warning, assuming it's because the DRLs are drawing too much power to allow the sensor to run properly. When I pulled the tap and re installed the original fuse....that fixed the low pressure reading but was then left with no DRLs of course. Looking for a fix. Thanks.

I just saw a video about some NOVA-Series LED Projector Headlights. They seem to be a competitor for the Morimotos. The price is also close to the Morimotos, but ever so slightly cheaper at $1,200.
If there's a way for you to get your hands on them to review and compare the two, that would be great! I still plan on getting the Morimotos soon, but if the NOVAs offer similar quality and specs, then i may go with those.

Anzo lights have horrible Condensation issues, they are just fancy fish bowls. The Anzo headlights aren't even worth $450, at least with the Morimoto headlights you get your $1,500 worth! If they're too expensive for you, that's understandable, but even at a higher price point they are a better value than Anzo because they actually work. We sold Anzo for 4 months in 2018 and stopped because we had a high failure rate.

In my personal experience, it is best to simply notch the fuse box where the wire exits, that way the cover won't accidentally pinch the wire off. I would recommend that, but you could also just carefully route the wire out of one of the sides, just a little higher chance of pinching that wire over time.

Cheaper than the OEM LED headlights, better looking and better performing. I don't see the problem.

I much rather keep my stock headlights that design is not that appealing to me. But for those who has the halogen it is a alright upgrade

When you say, "press on the center nub." That isn't helpful at all. What the heck are you talking about? I can't figure it out...

This its copy of Anzo USA, but call Morimoto.
Anzo USA cost 500$ Morimoto 1500$. Good luck to sell this to Ford guys.

I bought em' Enzo shit does not last... I've used morimoto and their quality speaks for the price Tag. I'm not putting cheap $400 headlights on my $50K truck. To each his own.

Morimoto quality is 10x that of anzo. I own both

I have the Anzo switchbacks they're not even close. First off you have no led's in the Anzos. You even get a notice that putting anything but Halogens in them voids their warranty.
Their projectors are pretty subpar to. I'm replacing mine with the Morimoto XB becuase of the poor light output I'm getting in the Anzos with a few different led bulbs I've tried.
