So we don't have to worry about this criminal stealing a car anymore. Awesome
An officer can't grievously harm anyone. Thats not in his rights
@@birons3708Did the officer INTEND to cause the grievous harm you mentioned? Or was it as a direct result of the criminal activity the POS was committing?
At the least, GTA, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer (multiple) from hitting occupied police vehicles, fleeing- and a host of others.
This POS placed himself in the position and fault lies with him and him alone.
@@birons3708I guess the RUclips police didn’t like something in my original reply to you- I’ll try again.
This fellow put himself in the position he found himself in when he committed NUMEROUS crimes and decided to flee from the police
Fault for his injury lies solely with him.
Yea he found out about the fuck around and find out corralation.
It's almost as if he hadn't been running, he'd be fine.
So you support grievous bodily harm?
@@birons3708 I support not being a dumb ass running from the cops. His forward momentum from running from the cops is what fucked him up. Not getting tased. I've been tazed and I'm not paralyzed, but I also wasn't running from the police.
Best comment
Is there a go fund me for the officer?
So you fund grievous bodily harm?
@@birons3708play stupid games win stupid prizes. Moral of the story- don’t go around stealing cars
@@birons3708 In this case, YES
@@birons3708 All he had to do was NOT commit crimes. Not flee from the police. Not ram occupied police vehicles. Not put all the citizens along his path in harms way. And stop running when the officer told him to stop running or he would get tased!!!!
"Root" has no one but himself to blame for that perfect face plant.
FAFO run away feel it for days.
That's BS, you run from the police you take the chance of bodily harm...
FAFO. And he's suing the cop, for what? The FO part? Get real.
lol... criminal sues for being dumb should be the headline
So what's the lawsuit allege? That the cop should have waited until the criminal ran into a field of comfy pillows before they deployed the juice?
To me this just sounds like play stupid games win stupid prizes. If he had not actually stolen a car and was not running from police who had every right to be pursuing him, he would definitely have a case. You wanted to play with fate, and you lost.
Play those kinda games and win stupid prizes.
So he suing because he’s a thief that evaded the police? Why do I feel like he’s going to win some money ?
