Everyone cheering the smaller guy but i feel like credit also goes to the big guy as he chose being in a competition rather than sitting on his couch! The man is doing something for his health and i feel like that is an amazing thing itself
Epic battle! A deserved win for the smaller guy. I can feel for the bigger gentleman though. Speaking from experience, its tough to go to a tournament and have literally everybody cheering for the other guy lol.
anyone else bothered that the skinny guy just was pushing and did not even engage in wrestling? I felt like he got emotional and just kinda spazzed into a pushing match. The only thing that he did that secured the takedown was like football style tackles.. and it worked because the big fat guy had 0 wrestling skill..no down blocking or sprawling and wtf was that guillotine attempt? There were duck under opportunities and arm drags galore because the fat dude kept his arms open and just kept reaching..
The most annoying part of this for me, is that everyone's ok with the smaller guy being damn near "dickhead" aggressive, but if the big dude had come out and knocked him.into the stands, everybody would've had something to say. "The Burden of Being A Big Dude"...(and yes I'm triggered af"😂😂
that and that they didnt stop the fight when they were 2 mats over --- once you leave the mat youre supposed to stop not follow through what youre doing. @ 6min either should have stopped no points or possible even a penalty against big man (certain orgs penalize for continuing a throw or a take down outside the mat bounds and im PRETTY sure NAGA is one of them?) but definitely a re-set idk why they let them go over 2 full mats
Not the most technical match, but definitely enjoyable to watch. Also, props for going for that arm bar, even though you had it won in the last few seconds
What exactly wasn't technical? The big guy could have smashed the smaller one but he decided to be technical and try to take him down and finish him with a proper guillotine rather than a neck crack.
Man I did not expect that to make me feel emotional. Celebrating that moment with your kids must have been so beautiful. I think that’s anyones dream to have a moment with their family like that for just once in their life.
If this isn’t a white belt match then both these guys coaches screwed them. No BJJ was practiced here only flailing egos and vastly overweight lacks of cardio.
Good job. I don’t care what experience level it is, it is hard to stand against a big guy. I am guessing this is the beginner open division or intermediate division in naga. This is where all my greatest battles were fought. I, (250 masters 2), actually got beat by a little guy in the open as a white belt. Neither of us gave up and it is really fun, win or loose, to have these wars and have anyone cheer on either side. Both of y’all prepared for it so there is usually mutual respect. This one gave me flash backs to my glory days. Congrats. I have a hard time armbarring big guys because of their shoulders and my inability to bing my need that low so I Kimora or farce from side control. Keep posting more.
Wow - great job! Like wrestling a bulldozer! He pushed the big guy 5 times at the start and he didn't budge an inch! That would have messed with the smaller guy's head a bit, but he came through BIG TIME!
Heavy guy messed up his standing guillotine choke in the later parts. Mainly by sub-optimal belly placement and dual forearm placement. On the other hand that saved the more athletic guy's neck from a nasty injury due to the lift off...
Hard fought, well played but if there was any space restriction rules smaller guy would lose in first minute he was around 3 times scared off or thrown off the matt.
The person with the better circumstances i think will win every match and i might be wrong but i would think the guy who weighs less will win this match because he appears to have better circumstances
Great match unsure why no reset around 6 min - they are CLEARLY outside their mat and interrupting another match should have been at least a reset. Some orgs would penalize the big guy for throwing little guy out of bound but that depends. also whats with the just straight 2 handed shoving agression XD imagine if the big guy gave him a similarly aggressive shove XD not exactly technical grappling there. always fun to see big v small tho
That dude looks like he could be 190 not 150
Was thinking the same thing
Lol
Agreed
Prolly 175, cuts down to 150 ?????????
Yeah no way 150
That kid was so excited to see his dad, that made it all worth it.
That was my favourite part too 🙂

100 percent. Nobody cheers for Goliath….
I was going to say, rough.
Props to the big man as well!

Exactly my thoughts. I do not like spazzy guys, they are weak inside.
Ah yes… white belt absolute at NAGA! Where no F’s are given and even less technique is used.
Gotta give it to the little guy tho.
Matches like this really highlight the lack of any wrestling in beginner jiu jitsu classes
Legend has it coach is still screaming for the duck under
Hearing "good job, DAD" anything is possible.
Great job getting after it!
There is no way that "149lbs guy" is under 170lbs 😂

Man would have gone flying if the big dude had pushed him with that intensity.

I agree. He was aggressively shoving and pressing forward. Big guy should have matched the aggressiveness to calm down the smaller fighter.
I love the competition.. He is a gentle giant for sure.. I hope the big man knows how cool he is…
The energy was so lit. Can’t wait to bring my family to a tournament. Best bjj matches I’ve seen

"Good job dad"...fuck that shit made me tear up just now
For real. Fuck that shit.
Haha. No way that guy was 149 pounds!
"Good job Dad!" From your kid = Level up to 3x Strength instantly lol. Huge.

Duuuuude! What a match!! Had it all, David v Goliath, your fam there rooting for you, pure awesomeness.
nice. my favorite advice from the corner. "Do that thing!"
Absolutely bonkers! Better than I expected
1:29 that alone is outstanding
brooo such an epic match!! well deserved win rigjt there!!!
If this isn’t a white belt match then both these guys coaches screwed them. No BJJ was practiced here only flailing egos and vastly overweight lacks of cardio.
It was obviously minimal skill ... so bare bones white belt no gi
Awesome to hear his kids cheering him on like that!
WAY TO GO DAD!
good job dad!! very awesome work brother!!
They were shouting "Hes tired! He's tired!" For 7 minutes 25 seconds
EPIC! I felt the adrenaline rush

I was cheering with the crowd when they started yelling "DRIVE!!!" 😆👏👏
That flying monkey takedown attempt 😂
"Emotional damage" 😆
tbh im very happy for that kid ..gonna tell all his school friends.. looking up and being proud of his dad :)
Epic match-up!
Good sportsmanship 💪🏼
That was fun to watch!

Epic battle guys.
nothin like the kiddos rootin for pops
Fighting the small guy is like fighting a blob that even though you get a hold of it, it reforms somehow and has a hold of you.
I like how the ref let it play out
sheesh, great work dude
how can you score when you are outside of the match mat, ???
That was a wild match to watch
Imagine me scrolling and see the homie Brandon doing work. Congrats bro 🔥🔥🔥
Even your comments have the accent
Thanks 🙏🏼
I love the armbar spams
What a legend
Guys 230-250 can beat guys 280-300 lbs this video is proof of that! Nice match thanks for the upload
Gorden ryan can beat anyone
Muscle dude has cardio...I didn't expect that.
NAGA tournaments in the south... Gold.
That's a densely packed 250lbs if the other guy truly is 149lbs
I am
Best jumping flying into guard 😂
dope vid. didnt need to lie about the 149 though
Didn't realise Butterbean has taken up grappling after his boxing career!
Wow - great job! Like wrestling a bulldozer! He pushed the big guy 5 times at the start and he didn't budge an inch! That would have messed with the smaller guy's head a bit, but he came through BIG TIME!
What belt was that?
Good match. I had to mute the sound. I got tired of hearing, "he's tired."
Omg. This was awesome
Thanks for watching!
Good job 👍
I was coaching him im 170 and cut from 200 that man is not 190 he is definitely 146 . He is about to fight in a couple hours at 135 today !
Calling bullshit.
Beginner? Novice?
Beginner absolute division
🤣🤣🤣
He must be 5 foot 4 ?
That bald guy is waaaaaaaay bigger than “250”
Let’s go dad!
new to jiu jitsu.. keep it up
Caraca vontade pura pra vencer show na luta vence quem quer mais e o grandão não queria tanto assim
Sim, a vontade de vencer desempenhou um papel importante nesta vitória
that got pretty dope
The random hand checking of the shoulders.....this must be white belt.

Bro looks way bigger than 150 and big boy looks like he could be 300 lmao
Or big boy is shorter. I'm 255 and Im way leaner at 6 3.
maybe 175, cuts down to 150 ?
You do realize neither of them has any size on their legs what so ever?
🙅♂️
is that guga?
White belts?
nah no way im believing he is 149. im 155 just weighed in at grap industries last weekend and im super skinny and lanky that dude is 175 -190
I was 149.7 on the scale at the official check in before event @GunsenShow
@@clarkilleez5161 Holy fuck bro you're huge for 149. How tall are you?
5'8"
@@clarkilleez5161 yea I guess that explains a bit I'm 6"1 but you have to cut a bit of weight for this no?
@@MilkyCamps Actually I was walking around between 145 and 149 around them
White belt match?
can jujitsu guys please start practicing level changes for takedowns
When the reality of being overweight and quite useless at BJJ overcomes the joy of participation bit.
He'll yea nice fight!!!
Thanks!
Let's go Dad 😂😂
What's the level of these guys? Beginner, Intermediate or advanced?
Beginner
@@clarkilleez5161 So heel hooks were illegal?
Yes they were illegal for this match
No way bro is 150, still a good match
There's no way the smaller guy is 150, I'm 160 and he looks at least 30 lbs heavier than me
Man the guy is juiced up
Idk why pushing is your go to.
Bud how tall are you because im 5'9 154 lean and you look quite larger in the arms than me. aka ya look fuckin great dude.
Hahah thanks my guy 💪🏼and I'm 5'8"
“Push me again…”
Is the frequent shoving normal?
Only when my opponent out weighs me by my exact weight.
This was fucking awesome! Oss

im callin BS on that dude being 149...
I bet those matts can get as slippery as ice.
Bigs needs to work on his arm/neck drags, use your size and strength to your advantage.
7 minutes & 25 seconds just gone…. And I’ll never get them back.
Amazing mount and grappling by him anyone wanna grapple I want a big fella.
He reminds me of the lummox from Ren and Stimpy.
Great match

There is absolutely No WAY that guy is "149lbs".
