    Intermittent fasting changed my life I lost 120 pound and I will never go back. We should all start looking into this stuff more

      Just cause you lost weight with intermittent fasting does not mean there aren't other countless ways of losing weight. You just stopped eating so much, plain and simple. It's not rocket science..

      @@Inkill2009 I am not sure why you got upset. There are 100 millions ways to loss weight and people should do what works for them. I was just simply says it worked for me and people should LOOK into it and see if it maybe it could work for them too.

      @@takingdownfatwithcdub7806 I have been Intermittent fasting for a little over two months and it is really incredible for me - especially been on a Breast Cancer journey since 2018 and clearing and cleaning out the muck!! Thank you for sharing

    She forgot to mention at the end to stay clear of processed SUGAR and to limit fruit sugar drastically. It always amazes me how so many people in our society just will not take a proactive stance when it comes to keeping themselves healthy. No matter how hard I try to encourage my own mother to eat right after being diagnosed with breast cancer several years ago, she just will not do it. She made very minor changes, but that's it.

      I thought she was going to say eliminate sugar. That's a BIG one. Sugar feeds cancer.

      Same with my mother… she overate processed junk food, got diabetes from excess calorie consumption from these low nutrient, low fiber, high sugar “foods” and was in light diabetic comas (aka deep “naps” or as she told me: “The best sleep I’ve ever gotten!” She was dying, yeeeee!) daily. Instead of getting healthy, eating real foods high in fiber and natural sugars (like beans, vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc) she went keto. She dropped weight, and had her first major heart attack (turns out she’d had several minor ones and didn’t know it). She ended up getting a quintuple bypass and then stroked… she can’t communicate well at all. Her BG looked great though
      She just came out of the hospital again for a blockage of 3 of the 5 bypasses, and is not going to live much longer. She’ll never learn and I give up
      Good health is so easy but meat, could bread, sugar free cheesecake and bacon get in the way!!

    Cancer cells have roughly 10x insulin/glucose receptors than normal cells. They also cannot convert fat to energy. Intermittent fasting starves the cancer cells by your body going into a fasted state and switching to burning fat for energy, called ketosis.
    Supercharge your body to prevent or fight cancer by:
    1. Clean diet (preferably ketogenic)
    2. Intermittent fasting (16/8 with 24-48 hour fasts 1-2x a month)
    3. Regular and vigorous exercise
    4. Cold water therapy (supercharges immune system. Google “cold shock proteins”)
    5. Hot/sauna therapy (supercharged immune system. Google “heat shock proteins”)
    6. NEVER F-ING QUIT FIGHTING!!!

    People who say they cant fast 16 hours a day dont care about their health. I now practice 16/8 to eating once a day and also prolonged fast. Most of the pre-diabetes symptoms I had are gone. The kidney pain is gone and neuropathy is much better. Degenerative disc and joint disease of the spine also much less pain and sciatica much better. This week Im doing a 5 day water fast to get my body in deep autophagy and producing stem cells.

      @@ogochukwuchukwudozie3456 Yes I did a 5 day and later a 6 day water fast last year. I feel better than ever and Im down 65lbs since last year. Next month Im probably going to do another 6 or 7 day fast.

    I would like to make one major correction. She said carbs and protein spike blood sugar. Protein may raise bs slightly but carbs it what spikes it. I do appreciate her spreading this very important information to help people battle cancer with Intermittent fasting which is very important.

    How can you eat fruit? Fruit is loaded with sugar and it spikes insullin. Cancer cells live on sugar.... so would it be bad advice to eat fruit? Wouldnt good advice be to avoid all forms of sugar and avoid excessive proteins to avoid the forming of glycogen in your body.

      Yes when she says lots of fruits and vegetables, she is generalizing. She clearly is not giving any specific advice. May be watch Dr. Berg videos.

    As a breast cancer survivor stage 3 its been 5 years i do daily 16/8 exercises 5 ×a week,walking daily 5 miles,eating clean and enough sleep.

    Just do a full keto diet w intermittent fasting if you want to do it right and water fast a few times a year

    I've done 9 week-long water fasts. Soooo ... She's wrong about that part.🙄 Don't eat fruit. Cancer thrives on sugar. But all else she said is correct ... Do it.

    Avoid sugar, starch (and limit fruit). Eat high fat food, in an 8 hour window.

    Let's be honest, fasting for 12, or even 16 hours (as a human), isn't really fasting.. Most likely you'll needto at least do a 20 hour/4 or OMAD fast daily along with occasional 2 day or longger prolonged water only fast to help with cancer.

    Eating 8 hours a day is easy . Let's say you start at 9 you stop eating at 5. That's not bad . I intermittent fast all the time

    Hi doctor: fasting it’s really a healthy body reboot to keep your self and a good healthy shape and what that doctors trying to help people by advising them muslim been doing it for over 1436 years and is one of the five basic of Islam starting from the sun rise to the sunset for one month during Ramadan time , hope every body be health and safe

    I did OMAD today prep myself for a 24-48 hr fast, then a week long fast. But I’m really trying to get to a 3 week fast(with the help of snake juice)

      As Dr. Berg said, a 48hr or so of fasting should not be doing it on a daily basis, once in a month is enough for you to be able to activate autophagy. ☺️

    muslim should fast every year for 30 days .. and also islam incourage muslims to fast twice a week 😊 i will follow all the rules of islam firt becuse i am a muslim second for my health.. another things about islam and health , in islam sex is forbidden with out marriag so that will save us from std and save woman from cervix cancer and decrese the spreading of the std in the sociaty .. also in islam you should wash your hands ,face,mouth,nose ets five times a day before you pray and that also will decrease the spreading of the viruses and deseases ..read about the true islam 🙏🏼

    Why did you people not give Dr Saladino the same respect you've given this doctor??
    He has just as much actual clinical experience I'm sure using carnivore for autoimmune as this woman does in her specialty. You clip of the episode with your snowflake emotional piss poor and unprofessional response to what he has to offer was disgraceful.
    Should be ashamed of yourselves... your cosmetic surgeon has more professionalism than the other male doctor...sorry don't know his name...don't care to remember. His attitude was off the hook immature and ridiculous. Just reminds me why I don't watch the shit show. This clip at least was at least positive! I'll give you that.

    And there's hidden advantages for everything he has said in the Quran which have no slowly started to reveal.
