As a new breast cancer survivor...Please know Ananda is telling the truth. Inflammation is a serious thing to deal with. I too have researched & yes fasting, cutting out white sugar and starches, taking organic sea moss, eating cruciferous vegetables and water based fruits daily or at least often, making your meat portions smaller than your veggie portions, consuming organic ginger and tumeric regularly, leave alcohol alone, getting your weight under control, the better way to eat is vegan, the mediterranean diet is second best, the most achievable diet is eating a healthy portion of colorful SEEDED vegetables and fruits with your meat portions being much less or skipping meat all together in at least half of your meals, Eliminate STRESS From Your Life!...and a few other things will 100% assist in you either avoiding inflammatory diseases like cancer or will help you get rid of it. BE POSITIVE! YOU ARE WORTH FIGHTING FOR! TRUST THE FATHER GOD I AM THROUGH EVERYTHING IN LIFE! WE ALL CAN & WILL MAKE IT!

Congratulations Ananda on your success. I hope more of us black women get their scheduled mammograms. I had my annual mammograms and was fortunate a small 4mm pre-cancerous spot was caught. If I had waited this could have been much worse. Everyone has to make their own decisions for their own bodies, however, I have chosen to have one test a year - PET/CT scan which can catch pretty much anything. Keep God first in your Life! Wishing you all the best and continued health.

This was such a fantastic conversation! Ananda is amazing! I would love to sit down with her and continue this conversation. I've had an autoimmune condition for years that I've reversed with turmeric, zinc and diet change. The doctors couldn't help me. They had to cut me to get rid of the inflammation which persisted... numerous surgical scars later, I realized that I needed to do the work myself. I'm so grateful God provided me with the resources and the resilience to get through it and continue taking care of myself! As Ananda said, no one is going to love you and care for you more than YOU! Love yourself, take care of yourself, and be kind to yourself! Sending you all healing, positive, and loving energies.

Well like I told my mom people lived thousands of years well before modern medicine 💊 how do you think that is?
I even literally had a specialist tell me he almost went on modern medicine but decided against it, flew home to his home country to bring back enough of a home remedy to last him 2yrs (and it worked! He did not have to go on bp meds).
He would not tell me what It was though even though he said he would!

Yes and a lot of people died back then too , didn't have access to modern medicine. In life medication is to help you get to a level of healthy to where you no longer need to use it. A mixture of medicine and lifestyle changes can work and eventually no longer may need to be on medication. That works too.

@@candicedawson4264 Yeah but if we’re going to be honest. Living to 40 was old age for a loooong time. Every year our life expectancy goes up due to modern medicine. And also keep in mind modern medicine is still based on the same herbs they took before, as far as meds.

I'm a white woman who's been severely ill with Crohnes Disease since I was a teenager and now have Graves Disease and Breast Cancer. I refused Chemo and Radiation. I'm dealing with the Cancer naturally for 5 years now. I've never been a target audience from my doctors who have kept me sick for over 45 years. All women who are Not Rich and Married, are not the target audience!!! Even a lot of female doctor's dont respect female patient, go figure...For many of those years I didn't have medical insurance either. We are all God's children. Please don't make this about race. Thank you for your story. God Bless.

I just wonder whether Ananda has considered a mastectomy to remove all the breast tissue. I don't get mammogram every year. I go every 4 years because I don't have a family history of cancer. Also, I have SLE lupus, and I am cautious in having radiation on my body due to orthopedic issues.

    • @SpicyWife4Life

80% of women diagnosed with breast cancer HAVE NO FAMILY HISTORY! This means that the MAJORITY of women diagnosed each year have NO ONE in their family with breast cancer! Also, a mastectomy might remove the breast tissue, but it DOES NOT insure all cancer cells have been removed. These cells can break off and travel through your bloodstream. Please get your annual mammogram. I'm sure Ananda wish she had gotten hers.
