loneliness might, but being alone certainly isn't going to be increasing your risks, it's up to you if you let being alone affect you with loneliness, or if you use that time constructively.
Social isolation is bad for your brain. You need to socialize with other people to some extent to prevent other health issues such as cognitive decline (e.g. Alzheimer’s disease).

Some people, regardless of age, need MORE alone time than they need social time to be mentally and emotionally healthy/strong/destressed/reinvigorated. I preferred living alone before I was was married and after I was divorced. While I enjoy "selective" social interactions, I don't feel any sense of loneliness or depression without them. Having the option is key for me. I'm very selective about who I spend my time with. When I can, I avoid being with people I don't need or want to be with. I'm a recluse by design; not necessity. I find less stress and more peace of mind in solitude than I do in most social situations. Family, loved ones and life-long friends are the people I genuinely want to be with. The rest I can take or leave.

This video is the most important information about how to not get or how to getting out from cancer! I'm in cancer and because of so much pressures from the doctors I already had the operations, but after that my health went much worse! So, all what I hear in this video I can say from my cancer journey experiences, that all is so true! ! 🙏🙏🙏🙏💖🌅☀️
Vaping, smoking marijuana, smoking crack, etc. car exhaust, cake, and ice cream have to be major reasons next to emf and glyphosates, causing cancer 💯. Have a wonderful day, everyone! Thanks again, Dr. Berg!
Also, thank you for all of your advice and thank you for getting me involved with Beef Liver. I was afraid of the taste but it’s just liverwurst. It tastes exactly the same! What a relief!
Thank you Dr Berg, you are a gem. I recently had a bad mole removed, and it was labelled as melanoma. I saw Dr Seyfried's videos on Dr Warburg's research showing the metabolism of what creates a healthy cell, and what degrades a cell. Stricken by mold poisoning 7 years ago, I was not surprised that my previous fungal rashes, turned into skin cancer, even though I have detoxed, and eat organic plant based diet (most of the time.) Thank you for reinforcing the facts on how cancer cells function. Fasting is hard at first, but I am now intermittent fasting, doing cardio, walking, etc. No sugar, lowered carbs, more water, more sleep, and most importantly praying!! I love your videos, and thank God for doctors like you.💖
We all need the full spectrum of amino acids in order for our bodies to fully heal, and only animal proteins have it. Otherwise, the body is weakened significantly. 😅
Thank you Dr Berg! The cool things about all these 4 ways are every single thing is FEASIBLE!! It's all within our control and cheap, it all boils down to our will power, and it's not something extraordinary that only select few could do it. - healthy foods: reducing/cutting down expenses for bad foods and investing more on better quality foods - exercise: oh c'mon, just take a walk outside your flat. Even if you cant go out, there are walking videos for free on YT, 20-30mins/day - sleep: manageable for workers in normal hours. even if working shift hours, we can work with GP as to how manage this - loneliness: get out of your social media hooks and start talking to people offline. Your neighbours, coworkers, friends, customers, family members, etc.
It depends what you need to talk about. If they intrude into your life (they give you unsolicited advice such as having children, what you do during the day, etc.), you have to listen to their complaints, they spy on your neighbors and talk behind your back, it's not very nice.
Glad to see your old same trusted presentation style with a chart again. And valuable info as always. Socializing and cancer... Who would have thought.

The last aspect really makes you wonder how the pandemic lockdowns are going to affect the health of the public when people have been isolated for so long. Overall very informative and interesting insight thank you Dr. Berg
Even before the pandemic, our culture has been spending more time on the internet and less time with face to face interaction. I think about my great grandparents and grandparents who had so much interaction with family, and friends and ate a large portion of their food from gardens. They mostly lived into their 90's and were very active. Their children and grandchildren who moved to more urban areas are aging faster than they did.

The elephant in the room that so few people understand is that we ALL get cancer multiple times a year, all of us, yes including YOU. Cells divide and there's an error in the coding and the new cell becomes cancerous. Luckily our bodies will often find and kill these cancerous cells as part of the normal immune system, but when the immune system fails or the cancer cluster grows faster than it is killed that is when the cluster of cells gets big enough to be called a tumour and felt/diagnosed. Prolonged Fasting (autophagy) is the cure that medical practitioners always fail to talk about, but is the most effective. Believe it or not, do your own research.
I need to get back into fasting, was doing OMAD 5 days a week and water fast for the other 2. Then stress levels at work escalated and I went back to 2 meals a day. Now I feel awful, always bloated and anxious.

Hi Dr. Berg, a couple of weeks ago you released a video concerning AUTOPHAGY. In that video you made a shocking and complete 180 turn on your opinion on how autophagy now negatively effects cancer and how it can actually cause cancer to grow. This is very concerning because for years now you have been a strong advocate for fasting and autophagy and the positive benefits these bring in fighting cancer. Even interviewing several people who have used autophagy in their fight against cancer. Many people are very confused by your reversal and have been asking you to clarify you comments. Are you planning to address this anytime soon?
Sometimes the most complicated problems have the most simple asnwers. I just hit 30 so I m planning to change up some of my lifestyle as I have a sedatery job and a mild sugar addiction. This helps to motivate me. Tho I must say I am also super thankful to my body for so far really being pretty badass in keeping me healthy and I didnt evne have flu in years and I hope to pay it back...I think what helps me a lot too is - positive attitide, limit stress and listen to your body. I recently got sucha craving for cottage cheese, I dont question these kinda healty cravings, as in my opinion your body often knows what it needs we just gotta learn to listen. Your vidoes are always tho so helpful and help me understand my body better.
I have cancer, the only one of these that might have applied was getting more exercise. Always lived healthy, ate well, lots of social contact, good sleeper. In my case I have a gene that is malfunctioning, called Lynch's Syndrome.😮

I’m so sorry you are feeling that way loneliness is such a hard feeling and it breaks my heart for you that you’re going through this tough time. 😢 I think it’s important to seek community we are social creatures! Know that you’re in my prayers tonight! Hugs!
Some of us in life have very few friends. Not really having many friends bothered me for a long time, but I would rather have a few good friends, than many superficial "friends" that only pretend to care about me when things are going good, or going their way. Good friends are the only real friends you can have, because they value things that are truly important in life. Being alone or feeling like you have no friends can be scary, depressing, and can feel very painful at times, but it doesn't last forever. It is also a time in life to reevaluate what you have, where you are in life, and if something needs to change. It's a time to start being honest with yourself about everything and ask yourselves questions, the deeper questions, the ones you thought you already knew the answer to, or the ones that you never thought of before. Am I where I want to be? Am I doing what I feel like I'm called to do? Do I like things the way they are? What kind of friends do I have? What kind of friends do I want to have? The list goes on....if you're not where you want to be in life, what needs to change, or what steps need to be taken to move closer to where you should be. If you're not doing what you feel called to do, then what's holding you back, or what's keeping you from moving towards your calling. If you don't like how things are, what if anything can be done to improve things, or change your circumstances and surroundings. If you have friends, are they the kind of friends that improve the quality of life you have. If you don't have friends, what qualities make good friendships. Being honest with yourself is important, even if you don't like the immediate answer. Being kind to yourself is also important; good things and positive change sometimes takes some time. There's an old saying "the darkest hour is just before the dawn;" life won't always be this hard, right now it only feels like it, and feelings are subjective, often according to whatever immediate issues you are dealing with. Now I actually enjoy my alone time, I also enjoy spending some time with the people I call friends. The real key is to figure out a healthy balance in life, and that doesn't happen overnight. God is able to keep you through this difficult time, and bring you to a place of inner peace and true happiness, with people in your life who encourage you, who are real friends.

I wrote a book 📖 BE YOUR OWN MIRACLE - Master Your Mindset, Fuel Your Faith and Heal Through Adversity to help others.... and in my opinion STRESS, especially PROLONGED STRESS is one of the biggest inflammatory factors for cancer.
Hi, Hope all is well did u went for chemo and for how long?
Thank God for your healing
How are you doing today? I pray 🙏 for you!
Yes.
The hormone cortisol, the "fight and flight" hormone, disables the immune system.
loneliness might, but being alone certainly isn't going to be increasing your risks, it's up to you if you let being alone affect you with loneliness, or if you use that time constructively.
I love being alone...being around people just exhausts me...introverts don't care to socialize
Right... I guess is the habits that The loneliness leads to like For example like eating bad foods and binge watching t v all day
Social isolation is bad for your brain. You need to socialize with other people to some extent to prevent other health issues such as cognitive decline (e.g. Alzheimer’s disease).
@@vickieyoung7122maybe it depends on who those people are but relatives relations with relatives are very important for a good life if you and me love being alone just because we are introverts then it doesn't mean being alone is good and it will make you happy, sorry for the English.
@dontaskdonttell_ This has to be true... because I'm in a point where I literally forget basic words while communicating
2y ago I begun watching Dr. Berg's videos and I must say that they truly helped me recalibrate my lifestyle and fall into a much better way of eating, sleeping, and energy levels. Thank you Dr. Berg.

Hi Dr Berg
My daily blood sugars run high but my test results are all normals, including creatinine. I’m now on 1000mg metformin 2x day but am still in mid 100s. Two months ago my A1c was 13. I get it checked again in 1month.
I’m 69 yo female, 5’8” 165 lbs I do water aerobics 3x week plus walk weather permitting.
My doc says my pancreas has stopped and wants me to go on Jardiance, then insulin.
Any thoughts? Thank you 💖
@@bananabob2185 I hope you'll know what I mean by saying, "fast like a girl." Give me a thumbs up if you get it, but don't say explicitly what I mean.
My wife has multiple myeloma. Doesn't sleep well, maybe 4 hours each night. Does 16:8 like it is a religion. No exercise, is a quiet person but goes to church. Her cancer is stable but still active. Hoping for remission.

Fast longer
Change up her fasting, ie. Not just 16/8, but do a 17/7, then a 24hr, then back to 16/8. From my understanding, a person needs to switch it up.
20/4, is great
That was an amazing presentation of complex issues, Dr Berg. Well done.
Glad this video was informative!
This video is the most important information about how to not get or how to getting out from cancer! I'm in cancer and because of so much pressures from the doctors I already had the operations, but after that my health went much worse! So, all what I hear in this video I can say from my cancer journey experiences, that all is so true! ! 🙏🙏🙏🙏💖🌅☀️
I think that avoiding TOXIC PEOPLE is as important as socializing. Avoid unhealthy people who want you to be sick.
👍
Agree -they are sick and miserable and they dont want u t b ok thats for sure
Amen
Vaping, smoking marijuana, smoking crack, etc. car exhaust, cake, and ice cream have to be major reasons next to emf and glyphosates, causing cancer 💯. Have a wonderful day, everyone! Thanks again, Dr. Berg!
Vaping? Doubt it unless we're talking about dodgy made in China stuff. Good quality vape liquids are literally 95% safer than cigarettes.
I better stop with the crack then. Thanks!
There is no scientific evidence to promote cancer with smoking marijuana
For a split second I thought you were listing suggestions.
I like ice cream and cake 😔
Also, thank you for all of your advice and thank you for getting me involved with Beef Liver. I was afraid of the taste but it’s just liverwurst. It tastes exactly the same! What a relief!
Avoiding toxic people is important..
Big on avoiding toxic people and isolate oneself from humans who stress us
Thanks again! Merry Christmas to you and yours. Gods blessings to you!
I love your videos, and thank God for doctors like you.💖
Good morning . How did he get mold poisoning?
We all need the full spectrum of amino acids in order for our bodies to fully heal, and only animal proteins have it. Otherwise, the body is weakened significantly. 😅
Very valuable and comprehensive lecture. Dr. Eric berg congratulations to you
Thank you very much. Appreciate your comment.
Thank you so much Doctor Berg. It is really informative and excellent presentation. ❤
Thank you Dr Berg! The cool things about all these 4 ways are every single thing is FEASIBLE!! It's all within our control and cheap, it all boils down to our will power, and it's not something extraordinary that only select few could do it.
- healthy foods: reducing/cutting down expenses for bad foods and investing more on better quality foods
- exercise: oh c'mon, just take a walk outside your flat. Even if you cant go out, there are walking videos for free on YT, 20-30mins/day
- sleep: manageable for workers in normal hours. even if working shift hours, we can work with GP as to how manage this
- loneliness: get out of your social media hooks and start talking to people offline. Your neighbours, coworkers, friends, customers, family members, etc.
It depends what you need to talk about. If they intrude into your life (they give you unsolicited advice such as having children, what you do during the day, etc.), you have to listen to their complaints, they spy on your neighbors and talk behind your back, it's not very nice.

overpopulation control plus get rid of the old people that can't work anymore so you can tax them@@jonathanheywood5482
Who is really stupid enough to stay inside anyways

I was having a lot of pain in the last 3 years, and keto didnt work, now I've become vegan and are eating just veggies and grains (beans, lentils, oats, garbanzo beans), all natural of course, and my pain it's finally diminishing. So you know. It's important that ppl know, keto isn't everything.
Prolonged fasting will also eliminate 90 percent of chemo side effects
I've been having a feeling like I need to fast. Going to start tomorrow since I already ate today lol
I need to get back into fasting, was doing OMAD 5 days a week and water fast for the other 2. Then stress levels at work escalated and I went back to 2 meals a day. Now I feel awful, always bloated and anxious.

Loneliness likely doesn't inherently cause higher rate of disease but loneliness tends to lead people to destructive habits such as bad food, drugs, alcohol etc.
That’s good to hear. For the lonely people it’s not really our fault.

Check out Jason Fung , do yourself a favour
What is this about? He should be responding to this?!! I am concerned too?
What video are you even talking about?

I’m so sorry you are feeling that way loneliness is such a hard feeling and it breaks my heart for you that you’re going through this tough time. 😢 I think it’s important to seek community we are social creatures! Know that you’re in my prayers tonight! Hugs!
Hi friend! Praying you connect with your soul tribe. 🦋🌎🤍
Can I be your friend ? Let me know
Some of us in life have very few friends.
