The thing about this band is that they actually know what they are doing with their music. I love how each of their song has different styles. These guys make me want to sing along to their songs every time. Good Charlotte is honestly one of the uniquest band i know and love. Will always do.

Bands have to evolve and that's what I love about this. Good Charlotte's sound is forever evolving and never going to be strictly the same, I love your old stuff but some of your new releases have brought a new era of GC to the table and I am once again completely in love with the new stuff you guys are producing.
I actually like them because the only thing that changed is their lyrics... they became more “pop.” Like blink completely changed and I think they’re shit now. But these guys stayed with their roots

i feel like they last big hit was "the river" with the guys of A7X, from that part and on, their music is like some kind of tasteless rock-pop. and idk how this guys went so big and famous. (the madden brothers). for me, their best songs was hold on and the river ,period.

@@Sleepwalkingok Not really, good charlotte was a bif thing when I was a teenage boy, the river wasn't their only commercial success, lifestyle of the rich and famous, cardiology, I just wanna live, are all hits, and are not so badly written, they were good tube makers and still are, it's just that time has changed and now electronic music is the norm and so it's an impossible mission for such a band to keep existing in an industry so competitive where the music they used to enjoy making is no longer the trend, therefore they decided to make fun of it and take is not so seriously, like 40 oz dream, for instance, considering the budget of such a clip, you'd be quite dumb to believe they're being first degree, it's all a joke, they know they are obsolete for the masses, but they have not always been so. Plus The maiden brother is totally fluent in Japanese and a wise listener would actually notice the Asian tonalities in some of their songs which is quite original combined with this punk rock pop American style. green day has not been so original since international superhit for instance... So... The offspring, green day, good charlotte, blink 182, are bands to be respected for their achievement, you may not like them, they feel outdated to you, but it has not always been the case, and in a sense, their music will always be relevant because they depicted an era, 1990 2000, just like Elvis and the rest of his fellow musicians and singers represent the 50s 60s
