    Hi! Good job! Thank you!
    Very important: if it is possible ALWAYS, I repeat ALWAYS put the screws from the top down and washers and nuts from the bottom up! This is because of the vibrations. The screw connections are very good friends when mounted properly but worst enemy if they don't. So, the nuts and bolts always have tend to loosen due to vibration. If the bolt is mounted from bottom up it will fall down because of gravity and you loose the connection. The result could be... I don't even want to think about it...
    Otherwise if the nut falls down the screw will stay and you will have loose connection but you WILL HAVE connection. You will hear that something is wrong and fix it.
    Believe my 50+ years of experience 🙂

    Great work, Just a tip for the cornering on karts, they don't have differentials so if you lean into corners the inside tire will scrub causing you to go slower, so if you want to go faster lean outwards of the corner so that your inside wheel lifts up.

    Nice work. I made a 5000w kart and was a nightmare finding a battery that would handle it. 300amp setup. Used Audi batteries and only paid 80$ for a stack of 16. Each cell handles 600amps! Now we cursing but only goes 30min per charge and has 2 7cell packs to make 48v so charge independently then hook in series when operate. Takes a night to charge. Lol

    This project is underpowered considering the insane work you put in the build, but great job!
    This My1020 motor can handle twice what you're using (6kw) easy, but considering the weight, you would need to spend $1500+ on 2 tandem motors, lithium 72-92v's, and 10kw+ controller to compete with gas engines. Actually you could smoke gas engines because of the electric torque.

    Китайский кит набор 3000w 72v. Контроллер можно сразу на мусорку отнести, 30 минут езды и двигатель огненный, руку не удержать. Сам мотор еще куда ни шло, но крепление ведущей звезды крайне не надежное, держится на двух фасках на валу. Учитывая из какой сыромятины сделан вал, жить ему полгода максимум. Цена такого набора на али не больше 150 баксов.
    Нормальный выносной мотор аналогичной мощности стоит 300 долларов + качественный контроллер 180 долларов, + батарея 72v хотя бы 20Ач это 200 долларов. Итого 700 долларов. Цена не убитого мото мотора 0.5 литра, с которым эта тарантайка поедет куда интересней.

    • @WTGamingHD
      @WTGamingHD 2 года назад +1

      From my experience making battery packs, even 12AWG is enough for 40Amp peaks, tested it myself continuously, that goes for short lenghts of wire ofc.
