It’s ok decent design i don’t like a few things but it works. At least this kid is doing something besides playing with his phone so that’s a plus right there 👍🏻👍🏻
If you do not make this safer, you are going to be injured in a crash instead of walking away. Imagine being doused and lit with petrol or impaled on your steering. Easy fixes that make a difference... and always wear a helmet. Cool build, thanks for the video!
That's awesome buddy, but you might want to put the exhaust inside the frame so if you bump anything it won't matter because it's out of the way, great build 👍🏼
I like watching your builds, and it's awesome that you only use a stick welder.........but you really need to get a ratchet set instead of only using wrenches to put on the nuts and bolts. You should check out some of the projects that Rather B Welding does on his RUclips channel.

Add some body panels and a windshield, do some exhaust work to keep it inside and not sticking out the side (unless it was dual on both sides) and it would be perfection! THIS IS AWESOME!
did you reuse the same ktm motoryicle parts in all projects ? After done these cars you made, did you sell them ? Great projects, but i concerned about the rear axle. that little pivots are not enough to secure in place properly. you have to add some solderted ring in there.
I'd definitely 3after 1 if it came in kit form so I'd have something to do with the kids to stop them going outside the front garden too much as a some of the kids pick on them all the time

Should have made it sit higher off the ground too that cart is way to low for off-road. If he changes the tires put racing slicks he can make a street cart. The height he made is good for that.
He could have took some of that flat steel he had and made leaf springs for the back axle too not that hard. But this kid is still new to making stuff I guess. It’s ok for a simple design but I was building carts like this when I was 10

It's called an arc welder, stick welder. The flux to prevent oxidized welds that are porous and weak surround the electrode. In the right hands they are the best there is.

You always mount the engine on a plate so it can be adjusted for chain tension not hard bolted to frame
