G-Meowth/Perrserker shares the Field Egg Group with the Meowscarada and Skeledirge lines, so technically it would still be possible without the Pikachu - but you would have to breed them. This does not entail throwing a Pokéball, so it's theoretically legal.

There's 1 issue with that - Depending on the genders of the two, both could potentially be male or female. Therefore, if the G-Meowth is random Stat wise, 2 rng checks.

I do hope Lizzy sticks around and goes to more regions! Perhaps a vacation to Alola would be nice for some relaxation.
So, I did a little research, and saw that, just using her starter and some friends who, while not willing to trade with Lily, would be willing to join her and her Pokemon for Picnics, she could get almost every Pokemon, short Paradox Pokemon, the Legendaries, most trade evolutions, genderless Pokemon, and male only Pokemon. You see, when in a picnic with a friend, whoever opens up the picnic has their whole team out, and any friends who join in will have their lead Pokemon out. And if your friend's Pokemon are female, and you have a male in the same egg group, they can have some fun and have an egg, and the egg will be of the mother line. Using Meowscarada as the father, who is in the Field and Grass egg groups, Lily can unlock Pokemon from the following egg groups: Dragon, Fairy, Human-like, Mineral, Monster, Water 1, and Water 2. Using Water 1, that gives her access to Amorphous, Bug, Flying, and Water 3. The only egg groups she cannot unlock are the ones who cannot breed, though the baby Pokemon are accessible, and the Ditto egg group. Then, there are the male only Pokemon and the genderless Pokemon, who can only breed with a Ditto, which she can't get without catching. The rest of the dex is doable.
In conclusion, Lily can fill out most of the Pokedex without catching any Pokemon, using friends who Lily is fine with catching Pokemon. Pack up on Bananas and Peanut Butter, Lily is going to need it.

So what happens if he finds a shiny during one of these challenges? Would he catch it and not tell us, tell us he caught it but only because it was shiny or would he just kill it?
I personally would catch, box and trade it to myself on another save
In Nuzlockes there's a Shiny Clause, so there's precedent for shiny catch exceptions: the shinies can't ever be used in the challenge, though, you're just allowed to pause the challenge to try catching it and then it has to stay boxed until the challenge ends (since the Shiny Clause doesn't allow trading).
But I'd say that, as painful as it is to us and CMeeCraft, Lizzy would betray her ethics if she caught them, so she'd be morally obligated to beat the stuffing out of the shinies.

1:27, it's pronounced nar-ahn-ha. In Spanish the j is more of an h. Example: the name José. (For reference, naranja means orange in Spanish.)

I suppose it's rather poetic that, when binging your videos around 11 hours ago while doing some car modifications, I wondered aloud to my partner if you'd do another "without catching" challenge for SV, since we were quite enjoying the LGPE one. And now here you are.
If you continue doing Lizzie's Story with other games like XY, Legends Arceus, etc. I recommend either saving Legends for last or making sure that Lizzie has some way of getting back to the present afterwards during Legends.
Legends wouldn't be possible. You're forced to catch the starters yourself. And even if you give some semantic about that, you're still forced to catch a shony, bidoof, and starly to progress the story. And also there's that part where you have to catch a dusclops to unlock basculegion. Plus, you need to upgrade your star rank to get access the other areas
I think you can beat this challenge without the Pikachu. Purrserker is in the field egg group, so you could breed it with Meowscarada or Skeledirge to get the third pokemon you need to beat the game.

I want to say one small thing about the future of this challenge which is that when Pokémon Home is added to this game you should be able to get all of the starters on the moblie version for transferring from this game. Thus giving 3 more party members catch free.

I feel like Lizzy should've gotten the free sandwich ingredients outside the East and West gates of the main town, had a picnic with Sprigatito and Pikachu, and got some eggs to trade to other players. That would've given her more Pokémon for her team. Pikachu and Sprigatito are in the same egg group, after all, so they could breed together.

So, I did some quick calculations, taking into account that a grass type whose terra type is also grass gets a 2x stab modifier on grass type attacks when terrastalized and the 1.5x modifier from flower trick always criting, flower trick actually does more damage to a pure dark type than play rough (unless play rough crits). Play rough is still better against a dragon type because dragon resists grass, but flower trick should actually do more damage to Arvin's terrastalized Mabosstiff than play rough. The fact that flower trick can't miss while play rough has less than 100% accuracy is just icing on the cake at that point.
Would you mind including subtitles on your videos? They help immensely for those who are deaf like me or don't have English as a first language.

It feels weird that the flying Pikachu gift Pokémon can evolve into Raichu. The Flying Terra Type Pikachu is meant to be a reference to flying Pikachu from the Pokémon trading card game, but flying Raichu doesn’t have to same ring to it

The cutest starter isn't sprigatito. Fuecoco is the only real answer. While sprigatito may be a S rank in cuteness fuecoco is atkleast S+++. And later on skeledirge is cooler than meowscarda.

Am I the only one that just realized that the Steel Type elite four member Poppy is definitely a Xenoblade Chronicles reference.

Yeah. Specifically in the second game in the Xenoblade Chronicles series because 1) In both Pokemon and Xenoblade there's is a character named Poppy (though it is a different spelling for the Xenoblade version that being Poppi), 2) Poppi in Xenoblade is a robot which would equal Steel Type for Pokemon, and lastly 3) Both are young female characters that are proven to be stronger then they first look.
Actually it is possible to beat this without the event pikachu. You have a 50% chance of failing halfway though, and it’s impossible if you picked quackly. Once you get the meowth you set up a picnic and breed it with your starter to get more Pokémon so you can do team star. You need to get lucky enough to get one of opposite gender to your starter though.

What about Smash Bros Brawl's story mode, The Subspace Emissary, without jumping? since you are restricted to specific characters in each level; are their special attacks enough?
I can also suggest Smash Bros Melee's adventure mode without jumping; there you can choose the characters though, so I suggest using obligatorily a random character, and trying with it until the end, or until it is impossible if the character isn't good; and so you change to another random one.

There are many channels that also do Kirby no jump challenges, Mario Party without moving, Mario no coins, etc, and that doesn't stop him from doing them as well, and doesn't stop me from watching only his ones because I like this channel more.

Lol. Each evolved starter has advantages over the others. Fire> Grass > water >Fire and Ghost > Fight > Dark > ghost. So each one can defeat the other ones

Why didn't you use surf on raichu? It would have helped vs fire types which you're team struggled against

I think that's specifically with a Mexican accent (the most common accent for Spanish) I think it's different with a Spanish accent, I haven't heard someone speak with a Spanish accent since like fourth grade. Edit it's apparently the same with a Spanish accent.

J in spanish is most similar to H, but it is actually a lil bit different, more pronounced
