This show is so amazing. I just finished season two and I felt like I needed more, glad I found this video. Beautiful, hilarious, profound. I’m still crying from how moving it all was. I LOVE Uncle Naseem.

Uncle Naseem stole the season 2. Wow, so much pain in his eyes. It felt so real.
That was nice, this show is so different from any other out there and just love the background episodes and love all of the characters get. It's unfortunate in this clip Ramy spoke for 80% of the time, which makes sense, but I would've like some more questions for the side characters as well. Maybe next time ;)
I crave the new season

Don't agree with some of the shows view points but regardless, it's a great show and much needed right now. Thank you guys, can't wait for season 3
I'd love to know what you mean, you don't have to but just wondering what view points?. To me a show does not take a view point necessarily, it just has characters take a certain stance / POV but it's always meant to spark debate, your brain to think for yourself what you believe / feel / would do or what a character should and should not do etc. It's like Ricky Gervais says, in comedy even in stand-up what is said by him on stage does not necessarily reflect his own beliefs or point of view.
Sometimes in comedy, it's meant to shock or actually show the most unlikely, disgusting, vile, morally wrong but often with a little twist or explanation, which to me are always good reminders not to judge. The uncle character for example, he was so easy to judge, but once it hit S02 episode 9, you start to empathise with him. That's what separates this show for me from many others where each character really gets their own kind of episode as a background and they equally share the spotlight.
For me the friends of Ramy deserve more shine next season, not just because I like Mo Amer's comedy, but because both have a big influence on him and can make you learn more about Ramy and their whole dynamic.
