- In this video I talk to you about my journey of learning so that I could clear my skin and get rid of the acne breakouts I had. My skin got the worst its ever been at the end of 2019 and it took me an entire year to clear it. It takes time, trial and error, and learning but you can get there in the end.

Cut the carbs and sugar and your skin will clear up without skin products.
I did that and I still had problems. Its just genetic for me unfortunately but I do find when I eat alot of sugar it does get worse! So I cute Alot if it out :)
Now I know about another skin other than skinning up lmao 😅
Not something men always think about, I've found just using simple products helps a lot, I only use plain bar soap on my skin and a homemade coconut oil & coffee scrub from fresh coffee grounds to get rid of the crap from my face. That helped a lot, the rest seem to be caused by stress, more bike rides will cure that.

Hope all good with you guys, i tend to use a good facial scrub in the morning and a moisturizer, working in a garage skin picks up so much dirt and grease
I tend to use loreal as the wife recommended it and works a treat when your constantly in either a neck roll or helmet all day and sweating like a pig
another good one is tea tree wipes there very good very getting the oils and dirt out of pores
i cant use teatree as its too harsh for my skin, i have really sensitive skin unfottunately, i used to use tea tree in the past and it is good for getting rid of oil! and yeah you dont realise how grubby helets can get, i am to always have a mask on when i ride again to protect my skin from the helpmet lining.

It’s a misconception that you need make-up to look nice but it’s nicer to see people’s true colour, every time I go anywhere (shopping and work mostly) I see orange people and like we’re living on Mars 😂😂

Gonna throw in something for the fellas and don't knock it not until you try it!! Try a moisturising face mask after shaving. Way less dry skin, less razor bumps and burn. Simple is good or if you're fancy, L'Oréal for men. Try it!
Yess Skincare isn't just for girls!
I never use anything on my face apart from water but not every day and I will definitely not use soap. I think we all have different kinds of skin ie, oily skin, dry skin and I also think our skin can be affected by what we eat. I am lucky that my skin has always been ok but if I do use soap or other products they dry my skin and affect it. Good video Reeno and a good topic
Thanks :) and yeah unfortunately I found if I don't cleanse my skin then I end up breaking out because some part of my face are oily so if I don't clean it it build up and causes spots but at the same time I don't want my face squeaky clean because the oil helps so I just had to find the right balance ☺️

Great video I know what your mean when I was a teenager I had horrible acne and it never went away an tell I was about 25 ish I found it was chocolate and fatty foods was the cause. So in my case it was the wrong foods anyway great video keep up with the good work ps it be a great video to see spicy110 useing some skin care products 😊
Tap water has many chemical's. As the water helped to some extent try filtered water, it will help from the inside out & you'll defiantly notice the difference when drinking + you'll not need to descale your kettle so think of how those chemicals affect your affects skin + much more.

Short answer I've been really busy with work (alot of changes) and also getting my mental health in order 😀
I really want to and am excited to come back but I wanna make sure when I do I'll have things to post but also be able to keep it up regularly.
I'll be getting my own office soon so once that happens I'll have a decimated space for work and RUclips and can try to be more organised :D
I will be back!
Plus I need to get back on my bike. Its been a while (covid , lockdowns, bike issues, time issues, work changes etc) but I'm nearly there :)

Except me of course, anyway poor old Spicy needs someone to do a few ride along vids with him sometime. Anyway looking forward to seeing your future vids, once of course you have your exec office set up, and you have your PA doing short hand, so that you can spend time knocking out a few RUclips vids, although at present it isn't really the best time to get on a bike. Basically he's getting a bigger room for his office space and I'm gonna move into his current room.
Atm I work in our bedroom, there have been a few changes where we live meaning a room became available so we've taken it . I.e he can move his RUclips stuff into that one as its bigger, I can move my work stuff into his current room and our bedroom will have more space 😁
And thank-you, thankfully the mental health is not depression or anything its just trying to manage my ADHD and get into a routine that works for me so that I can stay on top of things
And yeah but of a rubbish time to be on a bike but I don't mind haha 😅

I think been back on your bike will help you a great deal, many bikers ride because it does help their mental health ( see million dollar brogan), and you are clearly not a fair weather, weekend biker. @@kevinbarnbrook4728 haha yes indeed ! Definitely not a fair weather rider as it was my daily transport for years. It has been weird not riding. A nice change but I'm defo ready to get back on although the world has changed since then and the drivers now are 10x more dangerous with erratic movements and no indications haha
And yes we did indeed have jacket potatoes for dinner on that day. Was very tasty!

It is indeed haha my mum sent me a link to an article about it haha 😂 yes it is! Lol the ship is car park is literally next to the sea I'm sure you've seen in spicy's videos before or pictures. It's often floods but it literally looked like it was the sea haha 😂

Aww Thankyou. I used to be very shy and have really bad low self esteem it's taken me a long time to be more comfortable and feel confident in myself. I still have some down days but more good days :) I feel spicy has helped my confidence alot too 😊
@@Reenomeano I too was a very shy person when I was younger. Felt like I didnt fit in, unhappy with the way I looked. Having a supporting partner is a confidence boost in it self. Someone to tell you you are a beautiful person. You need guts to put yourself on RUclips especially to talk about the very thing that causes you anxiety. You are a star reeno.🙂
