Would have been nice to see you loosen and tighten the 2 nuts closest to the block on top of the turbo...
To be fair, there is a box of small parts and a wiring harness with a control module that need to be installed as well. That also gives you engine braking capability.
What kind of wrench or socket did you use to get the 4 nuts to the exhaust manifold off with, to get any leverage. Were yours seized at all.
I was told you gotta straight pipe it to get that clean whistle sound and you mentioned your getting a clean 36 does that mean fuel mileage
