It is possible to become a victim of your own success! Congrats for growing your business. Now it is time to decide what you want and need and plan for the future. One good way to reduce volume is to raise prices. You will retain good clients happy to pay your rates and work less.
I am trying to educate myself as I am thinking about opening a dog daycare in my home. Any advice for a novice. I am very experienced with dog handling but never started a business.

I found a niche with dealing with the bully breeds, Belgian Malinois and Dobermans. So Im really considering doing it full time.
