Indian diet got screwed up because of industrialized mass production of Rice, wheat and sugar. There was a lot more variety even until 50 years ago before the advent of these convenience foods rationed by the govts. Scott Jurek a renowned Ultramarathon Runner has mentioned in his book 'Eat & Run' about his plant based diet and him going vegan all the way, then I don't know why can't we maintain a proper physique atleast by following vegetarianism.
Well we totally can, all we need to do is consume much more dairy while simultaneously train our bodies in gyms in order to turn it into the kind of body that's capable of synthesising the protein we get from dairy products, or else even a meat eater would remain looking skinny fat and flush out all the valueable protein his/her body would have had absorbed otherwise if he/she doesn't work out, the key here is to make the body crave the protein we're giving it after tiring it, which it would not do if it sat in chair all day.

You can easily have a robust body being a vegan. You just need to eat a lot of natural food and juices. Stuff like corn tortillas, sautéed tofu and vegetables in olive oil, and pasta with tomato sauce. You might be a little obese due to the carbs, but you will look and feel good. Hi, Can you please post something helpful for women in context to weight training and kinds of protein they can have and in how much quantities. Specially as you said a pure vegetarian diet plan.
Your diet has enough protein to compliment your workout. People have created too much hype on protein and related protein supplements. Just focus on eating clean ...that's it you are ready to go.
Eat less and workout. It's simple. Drink 2 glass of milk, 1 scoop of whey protein, replace wheat with ragi, eat quinoa/brown rice over white rice, eat greek yogurt, eat almonds, walnuts, peanuts, 3 days cardio and 3 days weight training, 7-8 hours sleep. Simple.
I prefer being non-veg but I do love paneer and chole. I do have 6 eggs, toast, and a bit of fruit every morning, then a whey protein shake, then lean meat (chicken, fish), then veg protein (paneer, chole), then workout, then post workout whey protein shake again. No alcohol and lots of water and 6 - 7 hours sleep each night.
I am an eggitarian now after 30 years of being non veg and as much as I have experienced if your goal is hardcore muscle building with ripped physique and you want to do it in vegetarian form then it will close to impossible just because of the less protein and complete amino acid availability in vegetarian food.

But besides that especially in cities it's not at all a problem. And for heaven's sake, lotta people who lift don't even train hard, forget about those who don't lift at all being advised all these! Everything is not about muscles or appearing muscular. You can build good physical strength just with Vegan diet. Also its a myth that Whey protein is good for all. That much protien causes lot of liver, kidney issues. Also it is not a guarantee that if you have meat, you will be muscular. Cos most obese people are meat eaters which shows that protein/vitamin absorbtion is more important. Not source of protien.
I expected more plant protein sources that could be mentioned by Kris but he doesn't seem so knowledgeable. He mentions whey protein, which is not a plant source. Disappointed!
Ok watching this video again. I am lactose intolerant, I am still not able to figure out which protein to buy and use. There are So many of them in market and it's difficult to find . Can you please advise which plant protein with prebiotics we shall take ?
I believe that there are some vegan protiens that might help you...generally these don't have lactose...and one more thing...not sure about this...i think whey isolate with digestive enzymes (pref) might also help...you can probably check it online... This is obv a supplement...

The way you move your hands and then show your pillowy body is the proof that your meditation isn't going "Deeeeep"
Yoga is not about achieving, it is about being. I hope one day you understand that.
Meanwhile Vidyut jammal "am I a joke to u?"😂
Ranver bro maybe try the rebuild strength from herbalife 24 since I’m a vegetarian too and it helps at the gym
Please Invite Praveen Mohan on your podcast.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
can you please mention the plant proteins you use?
Everything is not about muscles or appearing muscular. You can build good physical strength just with Vegan diet. Also its a myth that Whey protein is good for all. That much protien causes lot of liver, kidney issues.
Also it is not a guarantee that if you have meat, you will be muscular. Cos most obese people are meat eaters which shows that protein/vitamin absorbtion is more important. Not source of protien.
Clarence Kennedy is the best example for an vegan athlete.
He's a weightlifter and ofc not natty.
@TRS Clips please try Desi ghee made from Bilona Method
I thought Kris was being interviewed and not the other way around
Where is the list of vegetarian protein ?
I expected more plant protein sources that could be mentioned by Kris but he doesn't seem so knowledgeable. He mentions whey protein, which is not a plant source. Disappointed!
I think Kris do yogi he's so calm and quiet answers without hectic
There are countless vegan natty bodybuilders as big as Gethin
Are there any good Vegan protein powders here in India??
Cosmix brand✅
Nutrabox whey protein is India’s only complete certified protein
Ok watching this video again. I am lactose intolerant, I am still not able to figure out which protein to buy and use. There are So many of them in market and it's difficult to find . Can you please advise which plant protein with prebiotics we shall take ?
I believe that there are some vegan protiens that might help you...generally these don't have lactose...and one more thing...not sure about this...i think whey isolate with digestive enzymes (pref) might also help...you can probably check it online...
This is obv a supplement...
Soy protein or rice/pea blend, I believe are the better plant-based protein supplements due to their amino acid profiles.
I kept waiting for the recommendations from the expert but instead got Ranveer's recommendations. 😕
dont know who is taking interview or who is answering .. seems Ranveer is talking all the way :P
buy isolate whey protein which has added digestive enzymes
this body builder guy seems a good listener.....
Had to be..he didn't get a chance to speak much.

@@rishuagarwal9754 Mr John tatte please update your knowledge by watching his recent podcast with ranveer where he confirms that he eats eggs and he is not natural bodybuilder
@@ramishkumar4354 He doesn't eat 50 eggs a day.
I gained 25 lbs of muscle almost by accident after giving up meat. Idk what people are doing to become weaker
what do you eat?
@@musicplug1730 avocados, lentils or beans and rice. Peanut butter, honey and chocolate all mixed together. Lots of apples, bananas, dates. I actually accidentally lost weight when I cut back on lentils, rice and peanut butter.
PURE VEGETARIAN one got most of us😂❤!
Meat in boiled or non-Indian form is also boring like vegetarian. Infact many Indians will give up meat if they have to consume it the way Europeans prepare it. Cos Indian way is frying it with oil and all spices. We even add spices to Omlette. 🤣🤣
Please share your diet
let him speak bro, give him a chance.
Is kris really wesring a shirt or is it added in graphics 🤔
still waiting for vegetarian options to get protein you guys only talk about supplementation. I know kris very genius guy but in this short or podcast, whatever we can say there was no discussion with the food options.
I love how he suggests it's easier to achieve LeBron physique...
Go check out Rahul dhandlaniya..he's vegetarian..he has abs and good muscles. Plus a great stamina.
Wait what the human hair , buffalo hair , birds feather comes in vegetarians source of protein even if it's fermented I don't think it becomes vegetarian 🙄🙄🙄
Planet Ayurveda’s Nnourish-Maxx boosted my protein intake naturally.
Vegetarian diet is best
Nah
@@moin6077 turn 65 and say that, then
@@moin6077 I have seen muslim with lots of wierd disease and genetics issue.... eating meat will not make you healthier then others
Bhai, are you the interviewer or the interviewee? Hard to tell, given how much you speak on your own show....!!
