    I did Keto for a year, I lost 100 lbs in 6 months, with intermittent fasting. It was easy, and changed how I eat, it was great. Don't get too fancy to start, just find 4 or 5 basic things you enjoy and eat that. For instance I enjoy salads, eggs, salmon, chicken, sausages and veggies, so I just build meals around those foods.

    Dude, try the keto diet, i can vouch for it! If you do it seriously, you'll be shedding pounds very quickly! And don't eat a lot of nuts. You want fatty foods, since fat will be your main source of nutrition. No carbs is the main thing. Bacon, eggs, meat, veggies (anything grown above ground, except tomatoes). I did it for about 9 months and lost about 35 pounds without working out at all. A few berries every now and then is also good to add to the mix (blueberries, strawberries). Lots of great foods to eat. Meat and fatty sauces is never bad :)

    Barbed wire is sufficient enough to hold them up an grenade them, its easy to deploy and works best when staggered.

    What I've done is add double layer of spikes to each platform, than add 5 rows out of barbwire per platform and double the barbwire...added a few more on the outside for extra protection. All around the outside of the of the barbwire, 4th row out,i added fire bowls lights all around the barbwire..you can see them better at night. When they attack, i go to the rooftop and give them a steady diet of hand granades. In 14 attacks,not 1 got in to the base..wiped them all out in the water. I did the same thing on land and its just as effective. I dont even worry about closing the doors..so far so good👊

    I’m sure it’s a lot different on intense mode but I used the metal defensive walls and spikes around my whole island with some of the drop down traps and seems to keep them out pretty good . I’m on day 106 and once they started getting inside my base I decided to do the metal defensive walls to try it out

    I love running, not fast, normal jogging or even just 'active' walking will do. I found for me at least that monitoring my heart rate helped focus. Get it to around 130 pr. minute is enough to burn fat. If you can find just 20 minutes 3-4 days a week to get that heart rate going you help the body a lot. Easier said than done? So start with 1-2 days a week, maybe just 10-15 minutes and then build it later.

    Hi Godfather I know the barb wire does no damage but I thought it said in its description that it curtails the enemy which to read that the fence pushes people away which in turn would gather together in a choke point, ghen its all about a grenade from above and obliterate the group, also them sensors have a HUGE range. Great video

    As for meal planning goes, grind the nuts and make almond, cashew, and walnut butter. Am toothless myself so I get the struggle. And cook in coconut oil. As far as keto, start slow and Def do your research.

Cheese is good. Try it for a month. You can do it, bro. Low carb veggies= Asparagus, avocado (high in fat), brussel sprouts, califlower, onion, mushroom, saurkraut, pickle, lettuce, etc. No fruits! Sugar kills. Salt is king. HIgh blood pressure and salt has been debunked.. Love your content and community. Lets get healthy, bro.

    @Seethrew
    On the subject of "weight loss" today's you LUCKY DAY!!!
    Firstly, let's clarify a few things and clear up a few old myths about Weight loss! Muscle weighs more than fat!! So, what you really want to lose is the fat NOT the weight. And what you're really after is a lean-bodied muscle mass! To get it, surprizingly enough has NOTHING to do with dieting or exercize! It has everything to do with speeding up your natural metabolsm so that your insides are always getting a workout even when you are at rest. Instead of eating only one or two big meals a day try snacking all day! Try eating 4 to 6 smaller meals spaced throughout the day. The idea behind this is that because your internal organs never stop working they never stop burning carbs! Do not give up simple sugars! Simple sugars help burn more complex carbs turning them into protein in the body. This speeds up your metabolism so that you can eat as much as you like and never get fat because your body is burning it all all the time. It's when the food just sits there in your gut and doesn't move that lethargy sets in and the metabolism slows ...that's when fat is stored up in the body!! To avoid this, break up all the big meals into snacks and drink lots and lots of fluids! You can even drink soda but if you tend to be dehydrated a lot of the time it's not generally redcommended. ...And especially not if you are taking suppliments like Creatine which can be the death of you if you don't drink lots of water! Just stick with the childlike ways of snacking all day as you once did. You had all the energy in the world back then and you remember as much don't you? Back then, as kid, you were burning carbs! Not counting calories! And your natural metabolism was so fast that you struggled to keep up with your appetite as you went in for seconds and thirds and half loaf of white bread at your favorite meals. And no sooner than you were done you wanted to run back out and play! As kids, this was a common experience. Eat and play! But as adults, we tend to eat ...and then wake up still sitting in same chair! I am not saying you should go all out MUCK BANG! Not just yet... but ramp up the internal workings of your natural metabolism so that the demmand is always greater than the supply! Otherwise, If you start dieting your body's internal muscle memory will go into starvation mode and start packing on the fat instead of burning it. Don't diet or go out of your way to exercize! Just break up your meals into multiple snacks All day long every day. It's that simple! Exercize helps but it's not mandatory. It just speeds up the development and gives you a bit more contol over the sculpting of your own body to get all the right cuts right where you want them. Now, I won't BS you about it. It's an expensive lifestyle choice! When your metabolism wakes up and your appetite grows your shopping bill will also grow!! I was a gym rat myself ...not a trainer or dietician ...but just a guy like you with no enegy and no stamina and low self esteem because I was anything but ALPHA material. After a few short years, I was lifting every weight in the gym and my workout patner too [he held them for me and I lifted him with all of them] at the same time but you would've never guessed that I could do that just at a glance!! Lean muscle-mass makes all the diiference in the world! Bulk on the other hand is almost as bad as fat. It gets in the way! I had big guns!! But I couldn't even comb my hair or scratch the back of my head... When I shifted to the "quick twitch" lean muscle-mass plan I became the ultimate "Sleeper" build. With a literal powerhouse under the hood!!

      Man, I read all of that and I really enjoy all the time you put into it, very greatful for your help. But I am very curious, what if I have already been doing everything you just said but instead gained 150lbs in the past 3 years?

    • @melparrishjr
      @melparrishjr Год назад

      @@seethrew As I said before, muscle weighs MORE than fat. Expect to gain a lot of weight as you swap out all the excess fat for dense lean muscle! For you, I would estimate you'd put on another 10 to 20 pounds. But here's the thing. If you are eating that much you MUST also be shitting that much! Keep the conveyor belt moving! What goes in must come out. When it gets backed up that's when you start having all kinds of issues like insulin resistance ...the thing behind food coma! And the general cause of all that internal gridlock. Stick with lots of small snacks and smaller bites because you actually need to thoroughly digest everything you ingest.

    Wellbeing....
    Good for you man 😀 Just remember everyone is a little different so don't get hung up on 100%.
    Processed foods and sugar are your biggest enemies. Eliminate one bad thing every 30 days. You'll be amazed over time how that type of transition works. A little less shock to the system. Or just jump straight in. Whatever you think works best for you.
    Take the best of what keto has to offer and throw in some carnivore and you'll find your way.
    When you go on vacation or out with friends on occasion, forget about the diet. Live life. Just stop bringing the crap food home with you from food shopping.
    Salt is an important mineral that has been demonized. Do your own research on that one.
    Anyway as a person in their 50's. An athlete all my life, I'm 6' and 170lbs. I'm guilty of needing to work out some more, kind of feel off the bandwagon there. I'm healthy and life is good.....

As you were mentioning it, it dawned on me that you can accomplish both at once. Do you have interest in fabricating metal weapons? Blacksmithing is a good workout and you might get the best of both worlds.
