Blue print for the speed boat can be found day one , just off the starting lsland head for the under water freeway thats broken in 2 parts with a car on each there a house with no roof at the bottom ,loot the safe , boom blueprint , also u can turn off raider spawns and loot all bases on a new game and set the item spawn rate to min of 1 day
@@OZTRON ngl the rat I am I already tried the chests got patched that’s some cheese but honestly ore is the only out of way thing for me so far haven’t explored everything
Just go to the underwater police station if you want cop cars. Resources are aplenty in this game. And everything respawns over time. Bring you resource respawn timer down a bit on your game and it makes it way more enjoyable
The percentage is loot items. Like cars, tire stacks, crates, ruble piles etc. Which is where blueprints will be found. You not completely looting an item is why you see 0%.
LOL, yep, but now the devs made it to where resources respawn. At the time of this video, the resources would not respawn, forcing us to get creative. 👍

Not really, you can still get unlimited ore by loging out. As long as you don't mine the final piece.
