The model flat is always like 5 start hotel, What about the seepage and poor quality lifts and no marbel on stairs and no possession after 2 years of paying 80% amount? We believed brand name Sobha but I think that was the biggest mistake we did.

Very beautiful apartment considering the small space. Bad comments may be due to bad taste . Not sure if it is affordable but very good design

@20:00 - what he says is wrong..if plan is like that 2, 3 bhk units will have PASSAGE area wasting more. Feels like you are in 3-AC or 2-AC train with passage and does not feel like home/house. They did this to keep all toilets vertically aligned in same way to save plumbing cost. But bull-shitting to customers they did for ventillation..
French window ko apne pichwade mein lele..itni kam space!! Main 30L aur daale ke shantiniketan le lunga..rooms are big, house is spacious

The Video is of a fully furnished model flat. The way you furnish your flat will make it spacious or cramped. Please contact us @7026444555 for site visit then make your decision. For Balcony, it's a covered deck of 100 sqft (equivalent to the one room) which adds a completely new look to the flat.
@Nexplace reality with the highend furnishing which sobha has done itself, this looks cramped up. 100 ft deck is not open to sky but again one closed one and doesnt make any difference. We visited the site and hence this feedback as well

what about the maintenance charges, club house charges per month
There is a lifetime maintenance deposit of Rs 4Lac which is completely refundable. The interest generated on this deposit will be used for your general maintenance. If your maintenance cost goes above it then only you are liable to pay.
