    if your income single or combined income is more than 2lakh per month (take home) and have 30 lakh as down payment & 20 lakh + for interior then watch this video else don't waste time on it. house in India metro cities are unaffordable even for person earning 1 lakh which is by the way 3% of Indian population

      The main reason is people are earning too good in Bengaluru and then after having 20-30 Lakhs in bank account they don’t have any idea what to do with that amount. So only one safer option to buy property. If agreed and wanna have more discussion we can

      @@7LavishRealtors its not in whitefield, its in budigere cross. The IT belt is at least 12 kms from here, I know this coz i live nearby. I want to know if there’s a new IT park coming up in this area, meaning within 2-4 kms radius

      ​@@7LavishRealtors the current rental in nearby salrpuria sattava east crest and brigade golden triangle is around 30k excluding maintenance. And considering this the price of 1280 sft 2bhk in woodscapes is 1.35cr+ 10 lakh interiors which is 2.6% rental return if rent is 32000 rs per month. Is this price worth it for the projevt given low rents and far location?

      The current rent is 30k. By the time possession is given the rents would be 40-50k minimum for a 2bhk in this locality.
