Because they fight against third rate air forces. They have been brought down by AA fire. Once they fight a real modern airforce then it would be a far more interesting claim.

@@richardsears4665 Yes one F-15 was lost to Aerial combat in 1990 in the invasion of Kuwait Scott Spicer was shot down he was downed by a MiG 29, unfortunately his remains has never been found.
@@richardsears4665 This is not true. It doesn’t matter if it’s an A,B,C,D,E,I,J,SE,or EX, they’re all in the same category. Only reason why those losses aren’t included in the stats is because the aggressor was a SAM, not an aircraft. No F-15 variant has ever been shot down by another aircraft
I love F15s. Their body design is beyond words they are so beautiful and with a performance record to match, what's not to love? I wanted to be an Eagle Driver but I'm female and in the 90s that was not a thing. I would have loved the chance to see if I could have handled one but back then I was blocked (considering how I can handle some righteously modified late 60s B Body MoPars, though it's not the same, I think I could have done it) because I'm a woman. No matter, I still love em and am pretty stoked they've been upgraded and will be around for longer.
One of the most radical and incredible aircraft designs of the 20th century and well into the 21st century!! The boys in the technical department at the McDonnell Douglas plant were absolute genius when they came up with this design!!! It truly deserves the name "Eagle"!!!
India missed the trick of buying F15 EX advanced Eagle 2 to combat China or any enemy nations. It's record speaks more than mouth. 104 v 0 win records really astonishing and amazing. TRUE Champion. Congratulations 👍
There has never been, isn't, and never will be a super jet like this magnificent piece of art, the F-15. The F-22 could have been even greater (being precisely designed to replace the F-15), and i still don't get why its production stopped.
Yup, not enough money to pay for all the F-22s the Air Force need. Ironically the F-15 at the time was in a similar place. It's why the F-16 came about.
Pode montar os aviões que enquanto eu tiver dinheiro eu compro para a força aéria brasileira. Vou salvar a Boeing nessa crise econômica que está não só nos Estados Unidos como no mundo todos obrigado por tudo e a paciência
Back when America used to innovate. Now they're so stagnant because they literally only focus on pronouns as their economy collapses and kids cannot even do basic math lol.
Love the F-15! This jet is so amazing and you can see that throughout the 50 years!
🎓
Someone did their homework in the F15-!!
mine and your pfp looks similar except i have a 737 max and you have a 777
50 years, and not a single aircraft shot down in air-to-air combat!
not to open mouth to the devil... ;-)

It has been shot down in A2A combat. Blue on blue incident off the coast of Japan.
Only air breathing aircraft to shoot down a spy satellite

Happy 50th to the most successful modern fighter!🥳
Happy 50 Years Of Service!🇺🇸
Also, I would've really liked it if Taiwan got a good number of these fighters!🇹🇼
Taiwan has the F-16v the newest F--16 on the market, and Taiwan's pilots would have to learn how to fly the F-15.
Happy birthday F-15
Wow is it really a 50 year old program? This jet still looks cool 50 years later 🤯
Good proportion = timeless design

The Eagle is a great aircraft. It got its pilot home with most of the one side of the wing blown off. It's not stealthy but it's a great machine .

It's astounding that an airframe with 50 years of experience can harbour such lethality into the 21st Century.
Did she really just smash a glass bottle over the F-15's fibreglass radome? That could have caused damage...
