Definitely feature the Oaks! I rode there years ago on shop rides, which were lead by people super familiar with the trails, so I just followed. Now that it's been about 4 years, I have no idea what trails I rode nor where to go, so I simply... don't go there. A trail series there would be super and probably encourage me to head back out there. Love your videos, they're super fun :)

I'm a west coast transplant to North Carolina. Been a very mild fall so far. Lived here 3 years now. Do a trail guide in Simi where I'm from. Tons of trails besides Rocky Peak , you can ride literally from Sage ranch to Chesboro and wood ranch or ride the Tapo trails ! Great vid !

I’m confused. Are e-bikes allowed on those trails? Website says All roads and trails from the Moro Canyon Area (Moro Campground and Upper and Lower Moro Day Use areas) coastward are open to class-1 e-bikes. All other trails on the inland side of the Highway 1 are closed to e-bikes.
Not technically but the rangers turn a blind eye. They should be legal and are put into a motorcycle category for some reason. Should officially change soon.

Great stuff! I wish you would have shown the hike a bike portion on Lizard. I have ridden it several times on my e-bike and it is NOT fun or easy as a female getting a 55lb bike up that rock. Hands down my favorite trail but that portion keeps me from riding it.
