Are you also running K&N panel filters.
PS Have you drained your bulkhead as it causes a lot of issues, I made a video that could also help you.
I'm adding your video to my Porsche Cayenne "tech tips"

I am about to buy one in india it is a 2007 Cayenne s model only problem I have seen in that suv is its engine makes a tickling noise when it is started soon it dissappears when engine becomes hot should I be worried for that noise and how can we stop that noise the guy who owned it told me it a tappet noise I am afraid that to fix it I need to spend a lot of money as it is a 13 years old porche with one lakh kilometres on it can we stop this noise by adjusting the tappets.

I'm running stock filters. Watched your vid. Hard to tell if there is a difference just due to the proximity of the mic and stuff. Can you hear a difference? Feel a difference?
