The new Land Rover Discovery Sport gets a refreshed design on the outside so it looks more like the bigger Discovery while inside there's the latest technology Jaguar Land Rover has to offer. In my eyes, I think the new Discovery Sport looks aggressive, and more modern, while keeping the same distinctive shape. In conclusion, this is a very nice looking SUV.

Jsun Barry yeah, any Land Rover/Jaguar are unreliable and full of plastic . Which explains why they are struggling to sell to the French, after losing almost 300mil in two months. They do look good though and give a luxurious fell to them

This new Disco Sport is one of the most attractive SUV’s in its compact segment. Far from ugly.

It's a 150 hp diesel, It is slow, but it will be torquey. For off-road, that's what you need.
Honestly diesel engines are getting better day by day, it doesn't need much more power, its a regular sized SUV

I don't understand the choice of cars, because the Kia, Hyundai and Skoda aren't really in this segment as they aren't quite as premium?
There isn’t any other luxury makers doing this type of vehicle. Only bmw with the active tourer but that’s trash compared to Kia and Hyundai.

A front wheel only drive Land Rover Disco!!! I can understand in the "ladies designer handbag" Evoke but this is ridiculous. Imagine the depreciation hit when trying to sell it on.
It's a baby discovery, much smaller than a regular disco it's made on the same production line as Evoque in Halewood UK.
That stupid offset rear licence plate, annoys me every time I see the discovery.

Hey Matt, I really like all of your videos and find them helpful, and therefore want to give back! You have referred a few times to the passenger mirror not dipping when engaging reverse! I too found this annoying until I realised that if you click the mirror controller to the passenger side as if you are going to move it, the mirror then dips when selecting reverse! I think the base level would be great if it wasn't so expensive even then. There should be an entry level Land Rover that feels like a true off roader with just enough power and a manual. They should still be capable despite the lack of the drive mode settings right?

Ian Harding I have the last of the Freelander 2 (metropolis) it’s 5yrs Old on September, it only got 32k miles on it and I’ve had it since new. There’s nothing in the landrover family I would trade it in for , in fact I’m struggling to find and replacement for it , I like the Volvo xc 90 but I find the touchscreen off putting because you can’t do anything without going through several screens.

Agreed how times have changed. Kia making a real SUV and land rover making a fwd land rover... soon they'll be making crossovers which the evoke almost is honestly.
