It seems a bit gimmicky unless you are talking about renown chefs and high end meals, but otherwise I wouldn't want to vote for eating pizza prepered by some random chef tomorrow at your place, if I can just go to a reputable pizzeria right now and get a pizza that I know will be good. It's seems like a cool idea, but I doubt it would work in a long run.

I wouldn't suggest photography. Super competitive, low barrier to entry, pretty much need to learn photoshop and buy lenses, you'll need a computer as well. If you love it and can stick with it through the tough times that's great, but it'll take a while to learn the craft and become successful.

Cool idea but sounds like logistics hell.
It seems a bit gimmicky unless you are talking about renown chefs and high end meals, but otherwise I wouldn't want to vote for eating pizza prepered by some random chef tomorrow at your place, if I can just go to a reputable pizzeria right now and get a pizza that I know will be good. It's seems like a cool idea, but I doubt it would work in a long run.
Something similar is already done where I live with rotating food trucks. Having a full kitchen with rotating chefs would be a cool idea for a more formal dining experience. I like it.

@@Zo-hc2fn I was thinking of the same, kind of like how mcdonalds is always near other fast food, or food trucks congregate. I was also thinking of having the vendors rotate during the week. The vote for the menu idea is a good one.
I have a feeling the restaurant owners would be unwilling (stubbornness) to change their menus though.
