And to raise funds, you can turn to DAOs. Thnx, for this awersome content.
Great summary. You can be an owner through owning tokens, however why not be an owner by owning the nodes that mine the tokens? Would you rather own the cow that continually produces the milk, or just the milk? I'm disappointed that node ownership wasn't discussed in this segment.

Sir Simon, I just want to express my appreciation for the incredible work you're doing. Your positive energy and the meaningful impact you're creating through your content are truly inspiring. I’ve been watching RUclips for a long time, and I have to say, the way you shoot your interviews-just sitting casually side by side with your guests-is such a rare, if not completely new, approach, especially in the business, money, and entrepreneurship niche. The first video I saw was with Luke Belmar, and it felt so fresh! I’ve watched tons of his videos and podcasts as a guest, but the way you connected with him in that casual setting made it feel so unique and special. You’re bringing in very important people and having these laid-back, human conversations-unlike the usual podcast setup at a table. It’s such a refreshing style, and I absolutely love it. Please keep going with this format! I can’t wait to see more amazing conversations with this vibe. Great job, guys! Keep it up!
it's sad how difficult things have become in the present generation. I was wondering how to utilise some money I had. I used some of it for e-commerce business, but that sank. I'm thinking of how to use what's left to invest, but I don't really know which way to go.
I understand how you feel. It's a little bit difficult to navigate things these days. You don't wanna lose whatever is left. I may suggest that you find a financial advisor who could give you thorough advice on how to go if you want to go the investment route. Also, the fact your business failed doesn't mean you should give up.
That's right. I have tried many failed businesses and it's just a step further. Don't despair. But to add, if you do decide to use a financial advisor, it's best you use someone who understands your special needs and can work with you. I learnt this from experience before finally finding one I can stick with. Now I make six figures from my investments alone, and even more from my businesses.
Sure i don't mind. I've stuck with SOPHIE LYNN CARRABUS for years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her.
This video really opens your eyes to the importance of ownership and understanding how money actually works. It’s surprising how many of us aren’t aware of how the system is set up to benefit certain people. I love how you explained that it’s not just about saving money anymore, but about owning something tangible-whether that's a business, a piece of the internet, or even your personal network. The way you broke it down makes it so much clearer, and it’s a great reminder to think beyond the traditional path. Thanks for the valuable insights!
I plan to retire at 62 in another country outside the US that is free, safe and very cheap with a high quality of life. I could fully just rely on only my SS if I wanted to when that times arrives but I'll also have at least one pension, a 403 (b) and a very prolific Investment account with my Tracy Britt Cool Consulting my FA. Retiring comfortably in the US these days is almost impossible. I honestly don't understand why people don't move to another country when they get older in retirement. It seems everybody has excuses for almost anything to not take action to better their situation.
I was a stay at Home disabled dad with no money in my IRA or any savings of my own, which was scary at 53 years of age. Three years ago I got a part time job and save everything I make. After 3 years, I am 56 yo and have put $9,000 in an IRA and $40,000 in my portfolio with CFA, Tracy Britt Cool Consulting. Since the goal of getting a job was to invest for retirement and NOT up my lifestyle, she was able to scale this quickly to $150,000.
Rule 8 indicates you don't need a high IQ to be a good investor, just 2 qualities, self discipline and a lot of patience. Investing is mostly about behavioral psychology. How can I generate more income to retire with at least $3m for long term care?
We share common goal, making sure you are ready for your later years is very important. That's why passive investing works, low costs, better diversification and it enables people to overcome their behavioural bias especially if they engage professional help.
It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $30k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.
My CFA ’’ Sharon Ann Meny, a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
I've just discovered Simon and this channel and i'm already hooked. These guests are top tier, these interviews are priceless and his insights and vision for Helpbnk are to be applauded and shared far and wide.

Hey Simon, You’ve got a great point, real change happens when we address the root causes, not just the symptoms. I’ve been fortunate to receive a grant that has completely transformed my life, and I’ve been using it to support and feed people in need, especially those on the streets. It’s been a meaningful way to give back and make an immediate difference. I also understand your thoughts on the education system. It’s an area that definitely needs deep, structural changes, and with your resources and influence, you’re in an amazing position to make that happen. You’re already so close to a long-term solution, and I encourage you to keep going and think even bigger.
Your commitment to helping those in need is truly commendable. Having received grants myself, I can attest to their life-changing power. Feeding and supporting people on the streets has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I completely agree with your perspective on the education system. Real change requires addressing root causes, and your resources and influence can be game-changing. From my own experience, before providing grants, consider ensuring your grants' objectives align with your vision for education reform. Additionally, track the impact of your grants, make necessary adjustments, and team up with organizations and individuals who share your passion for education. Lastly, support initiatives that can be expanded and replicated for maximum impact. As an NGO, we are committed to empowering small startups through grants. We've seen firsthand how these grants can transform lives and create lasting impacts, especially for those with innovative ideas but limited resources. By providing this support, we aim to help businesses grow from the ground up, fostering sustainable development and positive change in communities. Feel free to connect with me for more details!
You know what? i've been listening to so many podcast/ videos on you tube/ reels exc, about how to properly start a business, and basically they say all the same thing yet they say nothing. What clicked here, for me, was actually a very dumb thing yet very practical: i'm not good at cooking, so when thay talked about perceiving the start and growth of your business as the process of preparing a meal, i swear that thing made me understand why i failed so many times. So thank you! ( i know is a dumb and probably insignificant thing for most, but that was a helpful insight)
Thanks for the update, keep up the good work.< Learned a lot from my market journey, especially the importance of living within one's means. With Loraine Souvenir’s guidance, my nest egg has grown to a 7-figure sum. My advice - get an analyst for better financial trade decisions and peace of mind
Surprised to see her mentioned here! She tailors trading courses to suit beginners’ needs and really knows her stuff. Her advice has been invaluable to my trading journey-definitely worth it!
Wealth building and financial freedom are attainable with the right knowledge and tools. Using proper financial strategies and products is essential to growing and sustaining long-term wealth.. glad to know you want others to succeed
It's truly refreshing to see a comment about Loraine Souvenir. I've also had the pleasure of working with her for several months after discovering more about her online. She has a knack for simplifying complex issues, whether it's a market surge or decline. Her approach consistently keeps you ahead of the curve. I'd call her a guru, for sure
I'm so impressed knowing how much people talk good about her expertise, i’ve been following Loraine’s strategies for months now, and I’ve finally reached the financial stability I’ve been striving for. Loraine's program has been the key to my success
Property right is a good tool to crystallize and exchange value BUT it has many drawbacks like it's based on scarcity, the ones with the most capital own the most and it incentives the propertization of everything... I guess it's the game we play these days...
I definitely agree that people want to do something for a living that is doing something positive for the world. That’s what I want, and why I’m creating a business that will do that!
Thank you for this information Simon and Yat! It ties in beautifully with a Community Wealth Building project that we are involved with on Kangaroo Island in South Australia, and the U-Lab/MIT Theory U Open Learning course I am currently enrolled in. I love it when everything links together - the ever present reminder that we are all connected to everyone and everything.
Hey Simon, I absolutely loved the video, especially how you explain things so clearly and engagingly at the same time! I’m James, a 16-year-old scriptwriter from Australia and I love helping creators such as yourself free up time by writing their video scripts. Would you know someone who might be interested?
Lot’s of value here, yet I can’t get over the way this was marketed to seem as if it was just a chance encounter on the street. Clearly you guys know each other.
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Brooke Grace Miller.
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
I absolutely loved watching this. So inspiring and thought provoking! I have been in the Blockchain space since 2018 and have only ever been an investor. You have now shifted my perspective to utility and I can't wait to start helping people with our services. Thank you both for this fantastic talk.
Watched it all the way to the end. Web3 is so interesting, never thiught id be able to utilise web 3 to raise funds for my bikers cafe idea in Bradford UK 😅
Hehehe a lot of knowledge that philosophers from more than 2k years ago ago said. We need more philosophy. It’s like the manual for handle the human machine. And appears that gradually we are losing this capacity.
The information given at ~15:00, about the children of 5 having more creative mental freedom than the adults at 21, in my opinion, could spark and even larger debate. Creativity is not merely the mental power to produce random and uncorrelated thoughts. Creativity is the result of a functional consciousness altering external reality. (what is the opposite of creativity?) What does it mean for humanity that most people lose their conciousness before the age of 21? Humans are uniquely trainable animals, but never in these numbers, so industrially and by people so far away.
Just doing it has always been my problem regardless of what’s going on in my life. I’ve studied business and learned the fundamentals. In my case it’s keeping focused and implementing all of what I’ve learned and logged and putting it into action and getting “started” Can you please talk more about opportunities and acting upon them because many opportunities I believe we miss sadly.
To understand money, as Gary Stevenson put it, go to the best universities cos that’s where the rich people send their kids and that’s where networking is done. Go where rich people are.
I am 27, and I started dropshipping like six months ago. In the beginning it was tough, but I found out that the difference between good and great dropshipper is having winner products (I use a little bit of winnerzila because they offer five products every single week. The best thing is that it's really affordable, especially their lifetime plan).
So much scope, knowledge and insights! I was constantly hooked and immersed by each topic. It’s so interesting to see how distinctive each topic is yet intricately linked by themes and concepts. Thank you so much for your extraordinary masterclass and for being an invaluable part of my entrepreneurial journey 🙏
Superb video and I'm not even done watching it. We need more like this video and you two humble gentlemen to teach us. I just hope it's not too late for a sixty-year-old. And how can I get through to my twenty-six-year-old son.
I know this is a bit random, but for people who want to start a business and feel stuck on setting up the legal side, like an LLC, Nexalic made it super easy to hire the right help. Just sharing this in case it’s useful to someone here. Like if you're chasing your dreams, and God bless!
Regarding what he says around 38 minute mark, if a company chooses what you can and cant do on its platform, its not non-free market. Every company has its own policies and they can do so however they like, within the law. If a company says it will give out dividends only once a year for example instead of every quarter, its not anti-capitalist just because you dont like the idea and cant make more profit. You cant force companies on how and what to direct their earnings unless you're a company owner.
Lessons:
1. Have a purpose and be creative like the 2% (Land G. and Jarman B. study, 1968).
2. Tell yourself your own story.
3. We are in the era of fiat money thanks to fractional reserve banking, and it is therefore a construct that, for Yat, is the result of participation in a social network used to increase the symbolic, cultural, and social capital postulated by Pierre Bourdieu.
4. If you are not the owner of something, you cannot cultivate it.
5. Do not start from ideological bases but from pragmatic ones.
6. Be an owner of a part of the network through tokens.
7. Niches were small, but with digitization, niche companies are enormous, like Apple, which holds 25% of the market.
8. Shared vision or purpose management is essential for growing influence.

@okaydamian thanks for sharing, I must say Karen appears to be quite knowledgeable.. just inputted her full name on the web and at once came across her consulting page, no bs!
Inflation affects overheads.
Thank you so much for this video. My first startup failed after 3 years, big mistake I made was falling in love with my idea/solution and not taking the MvP to market(seeking perfection).

I want a full 1 hour video with this guy about how money works.
Good talk. Try not to cut him off you’re both smart guys and it’s nice to hear both of your points.
One of your best videos Simon excellent 👏
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks for the update, keep up the good work.< Learned a lot from my market journey, especially the importance of living within one's means.
She's really good in studying the market and making a strategy and i am learning so much from her already...
This is a brilliant video Simon! Full of golden nuggets and everyone should watch this with a pen and notebook!
Thank you for this precious interview.
Love this interview! Thanks Simon and Yat Siu!
Property right is a good tool to crystallize and exchange value BUT it has many drawbacks like it's based on scarcity, the ones with the most capital own the most and it incentives the propertization of everything... I guess it's the game we play these days...
Brilliant the DAO and Web 3 never heard of it till now need to do the research on that. Some really useful insights thank you so much 🙏
Thank you Simon. Such an insightful, helpful piece of content.
Shvaccines and 2020 demands took care of the small business. 2019 was a very good year, lots of small business ownership. Good job! Spread the word.
I definitely agree that people want to do something for a living that is doing something positive for the world. That’s what I want, and why I’m creating a business that will do that!
Super a appreciate that
Thanks for your time ❤
Greets from Germany

I really enjoyed and earned a lot of info ❤appreciated thanks 🙏🏽 both
Great spin on helping people
Thank you for this information Simon and Yat!
That money and capital talk was REAL. Amazing stuff thanks a lot Simon for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it
I agree with this. It was something I always wanted to understand deeply and I think I had my first aha moment today
Hey Simon,
I absolutely loved the video, especially how you explain things so clearly and engagingly at the same time!
I’m James, a 16-year-old scriptwriter from Australia and I love helping creators such as yourself free up time by writing their video scripts.
Would you know someone who might be interested?
Saw Yat in the thumbnail and clicked so fast. Super insightful!
Glad you liked it!
One of the most interesting video I've watched on you tube. Really
The very first time we tried, we invested $1000 and after a week, we received $5500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
she's mostly on Instagrams, using the user name
FXMILLER 171 💯.. that's it
I absolutely loved watching this. So inspiring and thought provoking! I have been in the Blockchain space since 2018 and have only ever been an investor. You have now shifted my perspective to utility and I can't wait to start helping people with our services. Thank you both for this fantastic talk.
Awesome masterclass. Better than what I learned from school for sure.

I wish this episode was longer!
Me too!
Hi Simon ,thank you for your inspiration !
Watched it all the way to the end. Web3 is so interesting, never thiught id be able to utilise web 3 to raise funds for my bikers cafe idea in Bradford UK 😅
Great insights! Love this episode
This was 💯 worth the watch 👩🏾🏫 knowledge-filled. Thank you.
Very informative, thankyou!
I love this, especially imagination. I agree that we should imagine more and imagine the best for ourselves and our loved ones.
Simon nodding for an entire hour non-stop 😂
SO MUCH BETTER THAN HAVING AN INTERVIEWER WHO NEVER SHUTS UP....🥳🥳🥳🥳😭😭😭👍👍👍👏👏👏😶🌫️😶🌫️
I have skills
@@SimonSquibb Positive affirmation
Thank you so much for making this knowledge for free.
keep up the great work my man!
Just doing it has always been my problem regardless of what’s going on in my life.
I’ve studied business and learned the fundamentals. In my case it’s keeping focused and implementing all of what I’ve learned and logged and putting it into action and getting “started”
Can you please talk more about opportunities and acting upon them because many opportunities I believe we miss sadly.
It is an honor to be successful in whatever you do.
If you are in the UK... how was that shipping and customs treating your wallet?
And you are making good money?
Middleman garbage, you're worse than the banks
Great impact to society 😂
Simon I would like to thank you because your channel inspired me to start my business, I will check in again at 10k..
I watched this in one go. Brilliant content
This guy seems to calm to own a 6 billion dollar empire, I'd be scratching the hair out of my head...
@SimonSquibb 😆 u really luv chicken mate?
Great interview mates, thanks.
Thanks guys.. greatly appreciated.
We pray that all mothers get the love strength wisdom and knowledge to protect their spirits
Awesome watch, very down to earth and smart people IMHO
Thanks Simon... got all the answers ..... Brilliant video
