You "MUST' not pay any agency for jobs in Finland... it's against their law...The employer already pay them to seek workers for them.

There is no need nor process to change permits into each other.
Different Visa and Residence Permit types are two very different permit categories for different purposes from different Finnish national agencies.

I am currently in Finland on seasonal job, however, i will return to my home country after until next season again...with seasonal work, you cannot wait until your job ends to apply for other jobs to stay in Finland, you have to apply before...the job you are applying for "must" start closely to your ending contract, there must not be a gap(like 1 month) before starting your new seasonal job...

Anything else requires residence permits.
