- This Master Class Monday video by Dave and Amelia Jensen is the third and final part in a series about fishing Woolly Buggers. You might be thinking, "Everybody knows how to fish a Woolly Bugger!" But think again. As Dave explains, this staple pattern can be presented in a variety of different ways to imitate many trout foods. In this video, Dave demonstrates how to use his two-Bugger setup as a tightline-nymphing rig, and then he moves on to more specific methods for fishing different kinds of water.
All 3 parts are simple, educational, and perfect! Nice job sir!
Great Series about Woolly buggers! Great work by jensenflyfishing!
thanks, glad you enjoyed 'em :)
Great little series.
Thank you. I’m a new fly fisher and having zero luck with dry
Great instruction and video. Would you size down the woolly buggers and fish small creeks too? or are they just too big?
Super tying 👍 Hello my friend 😉
If Orvis is giving money and gear out for not catching fish I would like to sign up for that program.
Great video series! What rod length do you prefer for fishing wooly buggers?
Parts 1 2 & 3 are altogether impart 1.
How did that bit of yarn support two boogers and a weighted swivel?
Do you use floating line, what is the brand of swivel that you use?
wow....nice
InWISH you guys would link the various parts of these series in your comments. I never DID find part 2. Very frustrating. Make it EASY to find the other parts of your series. RUclips certainly does NOT.
No fish needed. Most of us have those kind of days.
I GREATLY ENJOYED PART 1 HOWEVER PARTS II AND III WHERE JUST THE SAME, WORD FOR WORD, SCENE FOR SCENE> I AM SURE I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE TO NOTICE. I would have subscribed but why?????? Just to see repeats, shame on you.
7:06 min’s with no fish?
I'm not trying to be rude...but did you watch the previous two videos in the series? PS) This series of videos is a "How To Fish" series. All 3 videos are very well-done and full of information that we can apply immediately. Much more useful than your average "hey, look what I caught" video! YMMV.
