+Ubair Hamdani here is the trick, soak the chickpeas overnight or atleast 8 hours and then put in pressure cooker with enough water to cover the chickpea ideally water should be 1 inch above the chickpeas. pressure cook for 1 whistle and then put the flame on low for 15 mins, open once the pressure has reduced by itself.... and soft chickpea is ready. you can cool it down and store in fridge. BTW if there is water you can boil and reduce or use the chickpea water for your gravy. hope this helps and thanks for being here :)
