Cody I can’t believe the strength you have, can’t imagine how strong you were 20 years ago! Ranching is hard work and I appreciate every drop of sweat and energy you put into it. ❤❤
Thanks Sharon!
That's that good ol boy strength.
My Nana and Grandad always said gettin old ain’t for the weak or faint of heart. Great video. Watchin Cody sort cows is like watchin art. It’s not chaotic, it’s beautiful. Y’all are awesome. Love & prayers from Alsdorf!
Thanks Lee ❤️❤️
You and Carlos did a great job working the cows. Lots of hard work but y'all got it done. GOD bless y'all.
Thanks 👍
JUST RANCHIN!!❤
Give that squeeze shoot some love. You can refurbish and paint to make it look as good as your new equipment. Love the video.
Paint isn't important, but a coating of used oil (from a gas vehicle) after using it will be the best thing. Used oil from diesels is too sticky.
Ranchin ain't no joke that equipment and those beeves can both be testy sometimes nice work ya'll it's hard work it's dirty work but at the end of the day you know you got something done ya'll stay safe out there
You got that right
The cows are all in the pen watching you set up like “You dirty Rat you tricked us!” 😤😂😂😂
😉🤣
Good job. Hot and dusty work. Cool drink probably hit the spot!
It was!
What amazing strength to lift that chute. Is that where Gil Favor left from? That is a little north for Call and Mc Crea.
Great job‼ "Getting old isn't for sises"‼️‼️ Ranching is hard work but looks good on yall😉
Thanks!
I watch you do with cattle I don't see other ranchers do. It is interesting. Thank you.
Thanks!
Next time we check cows or next time it’s needed lol
Bless your heart i know the frustration of trying to do what i used to do, we have to plan it out then it takes days to recover. ❤😊Thank you LORD for the gift of recovery. BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL!! KEEP RANCHING 😂
Awesome as always
Thank you so much 😀
I saw something on Facebook that said, "I don't mind getting old, but my body ain't taking too well."
Right!? 😂
Keep up the great work Cody love watching your videos #keep#ranching ❤
Thank you! Will do!
Great video! That’s some hard work! Loved the shout out to Post Malone. He lives just up the road from me out here in Utah. Great guy! You even had your buddy drinking C Force water haha. Y’all keep ranchin.
Very cool!
Never fail to put out a great video yall keep up the great work and keep on doing Gods work!
Thanks Brandon!!
Got to watch out for yourself
I just found my favorite thing to watch now 😮 fascinating I need land and couple million start my own ranch 😅
Thanks for the kind words!
You have a work ethic that men pray 🙏 for. Outstanding work young man. I missed Erika though ❤
Thanks Jay!
Preg check is worth more than toothing. An open young cow won't pay you a penny, but a bred old one will.
Hey Carlos, it's Jim West x- youth minister at College Ave. Good to see you on RUclips
Are still youth Minister at FFBC? Cody we watch yall all time we really.enjoy " keep on prayin".
Thanks!! Carlos is still at First Baptist Church of a Flat
Have never ranched in my life or had cattle but this channel makes me wanna do it so bad and learn so much more you help so much with information thank you Cody and E Dog !!
So kind!
Cody's weight makes him look healthier .. older we get the higher the risk of strokes and heart attacks unfortunately !
Good job Cody on wanting to be healthy !
L
Erica looks like she's doing good to..
👍👍
That looked so hard and DANGEROUS, I know why so many men have fingers missing. 💙
you just assume the cows can’t hear you talking
They are cows....
❤
Hi Pamela! Hope you are doing well!
Do you ever use cattle dogs?
We don’t have any dogs. Occasionally we hire some day workers that have dogs off we can’t get something penned.
How do we go about getting some Ranch Fuel? Thank u. Great video 🐂🇺🇲🙏👍

@@Bar7Ranch thank u👍
This might be a stupid question, but can cows over heat of not I was thinking they could be then someone told me a lot of cows are grown out in feed lot type things where no shade or anything and they do fine so thought I'd ask someone who raises cows instead thinking I know what I'm talking about
Great question!! Yes cattle can over heat. That’s why we try to start before it gets too hot. Most feed yards do provide shade for the cattle in their care.
@Bar7Ranch I didn't mean you all. Anyone can tell you all take care of your animals. I meant industrial size places. Kind like kill pins for horses, they don't best care because it's kill pins
Do you have just one bull to breed? I guess you have never talked about it.
Ideally a bull is put on cows at a rate of 1 cow per month of bulls age between 18 and 36 months, so 36 cows are the max for a mature bull. It's better to have a 25:1 ratio though.
We use different bulls each set of cows.
Where was Clancy at today. Everything would have went a little easier if he was there to help
He was at a 4-H event or he definitely would have been there!!
Cody are u selling or what? I’m mouthing mine plan on selling all mine besides my 3 year olds and under
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
