The underlying cause of low back pain can be found on a long list of potential factors that can contribute to an individual experiencing this condition. Although it would be great if there was a specific cause of back pain, this is not the reality. We as clinicians need to do a thorough evaluation to determine the appropriate path of treatment.
Here at CCRC we utilize concepts from the Mckenzie Method, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and others to address these issues regardless of what the underlying cause is.
